Senior FBI official forcefully resisted Trump administration firings
Brian Driscoll, the acting #FBI director and head of the bureau's #Newark field office, yesterday refused a #DoJ order that he assist in the firing of agents involved in #Jan6 cases, pushing back so forcefully that some FBI officials feared he would be dismissed.
So far, he's still acting FBI Director.
