Today I went out with the kid, and lost my phone on the train. I had to rely heavily on the kindness of strangers to get it back, and strangers were, indeed, kind. Sometimes people are ok. ❤
At least it wasn't the kid you lost! I have two phones. An old one that stays in Library, and used with SMS & 2FA. Another with absolutely nothing important on it except copy of music and contacts.
my kid dropped his phone crossing a busy road without us noticing. A driver stopped, picked up the phone, and drove around to find us and give it back.
