I was a #professor at the #University of #Leipzig for 10 years in the 1990s and 2000s. No #regrets about having left, because canceling today a #lecture by #BennyMorris means capitulating to the #dictates of #activists against #AcademicFreedom -- no matter what one may think of his #publications .The #faculty bluntly admits that they have bowed to #political #pressure :"Various groups have asked us to cancel the #lecture ." A disgrace.
