Showing a diagram of the ( #Ahli ) #hospital, he says there is no such damage - "the walls stay intact".
He says this is because the blast was caused by an Islamic Jihad #PIJ rocket, which "failed to launch" properly and was "misfired".
As a reminder, #Hamas and #Palestinian authorities have blamed #Israel for the blast at the hospital
He says a barrage of rockets were fired by #Hamas to #Israel at 18:15 local time on Tuesday - before the hospital blast.
Then, at 18:59, he says a barage of around 10 rockets was fired by PiJ from a nearby cemetery. At the same time, there were reports of an explosion at the hospital in #Gaza City, he says.
Joe #Biden ’s personal intervention was always a gamble. The destruction of Al #Ahli #hospital makes it even more difficult.
He wants simultaneously to protect and support #Israel , and alleviate the humanitarian catastrophe among #Gaza ’s civilians.
Israel insists the hospital was destroyed by #Palestinian Islamic Jihad #PIJ , a faction that is smaller than #Hamas and closer to #Iran .
#Israeli officials insist the carnage was caused by a #Palestinian rocket which misfired. All around the region, furious protestors have taken to the streets.
In the West Bank, Palestinians clashed with their own security forces, throwing stones and chanting against Abbas, who many blame for not being able to protect them. But there were protests too in Lebanon, Jordan, Libya and Iran.'
#Hamas says an #Israeli air strike hit the hospital. #Israel says the blast was caused by rockets misfired by another group, #Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and both sides deny blame.
The #BBC is working to verify what happened.

The #Hamas-led authorities in Gaza say 500 people died in the explosion at the Al Ahli hospital. Hamas blamed #Israel , which in turn blamed #Palestinian militants
It said another 28 people were killed in a strike on a house in the #Rafah area, near to the border crossing with #Egypt . The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said women and children were among the dead
#Egypt 's current regime has relations with #Hamas, and has in the past been the link between Hamas and #Israel . But it does not want an influx of #Palestinian refugees.
The camps in Gaza still exist 75 years after they were established to house refugees - forced out by newly independent Israel - who have never been allowed home.
A military onslaught can destroy its metal and concrete but not the mettle of the people whose resolve to die for their cause will only harden.
In a phone call w Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, Mahmoud Abbas also called the PLO the "sole legitimate representative of the Palestinian people," WAFA said.
He "affirmed his rejection of the killing of civilians on both sides and called for the release of civilians, prisoners and detainees on both sides"
NBC News, citing a #Palestinian official, said the crossing would be open at 9am local time. ABC News, citing a security source, said the crossing would open for a few hours on Monday "and then close again in the late afternoon".
Ghassan Abu Sitta is a British-Palestinian surgeon working for #MSF at the Al Shifa hospital in northern Gaza.
He says staff do not have enough equipment to help people - and they are running out.
"In terms of medical supplies, we consume a month or a month-and-a-half of medical supplies every day in this emergency," he says.

'The arm of the #Palestinian militant group -
#Hamas in #Lebanon - has confirmed that three of its members were killed while infiltrating #Israel from southern Lebanon early on Saturday.
It said the men were “able… to blow up the border fence” and “target the surveillance and access checkpoint” near the Israeli village of #Margaliot
On Saturday, the Israel Defense Forces #IDF said it had killed “from the air” three “terrorists” in that area.'
In recent days the checkpoint has been closed due to #Israel's aerial bombardment of the Gaza Strip which has reportedly damaged the #Palestinian side of the crossing.
This has prevented people from leaving or entering Gaza through the checkpoint. It also means aid has been held up at the border, and aid agencies have urged authorities to let their convoys through.
The former US security co-ordinator for #Israel and the #Palestinian Authority, says the Israeli military's final preparations are probably "a few days away, if not hours away".
The logistical sustainment of such an operation - such as the number of casualties the Israeli military is likely to sustain - is hard to predict
"We are hostages here for both sides, for #Israel and for #Hamas ."
"If Israel are not able to find Hamas, they must not bomb the civilians and the infrastructure. We are not animals, we are not in a zoo, we are human beings."
That's an extra 50m euros - for a total of 75m euros. The #EU is already the largest foreign donor to the #Palestinian people.

#Palestinian civilians have been fleeing northern Gaza by car, on the back of trucks and on foot after an #Israeli warning - about 1.1 million people living in northern areas have been told to leave ahead of an expected ground offensive by Israeli forces.
The UN described the order as horrendous, while the US urged #Israel to take every precaution to avoid killing civilians
The #Palestinian Ambassador to the UN, Riyad Mansour, is demanding that the international community put pressure on #Israel to stop its aerial bombardment and to work to allow humanitarian convoys to enter the #Gaza strip, where he says Palestinians are in danger of either being killed by bombardment or starvation.
#Iran 's foreign minister Hossein Amirabdollahian will travel to #Lebanon to discuss the #Israeli - #Palestinian conflict, the semi-official #Tasnim news agency said on Thursday, citing Iran's ambassador in Lebanon.

Meanwhile the last power source in Gaza may soon run out of fuel, while a British-Palestinian trauma surgeon has warned that the enclave's health system could “collapse within a week”
This represents the "highest number of people displaced since the 50-day escalation of hostilities in 2014"
"I do not accept targeting civilians from both sides by any means. To this retaliation in Gaza... In my mind, it's a collective punishment." - area manager of the Norwegian Refugee Council #NRC told #BBC
'But “some of the questions seem to pretend that #Israel should not be able to conduct operations to defend itself" Miller said.
“We always mourn the loss of civilian life,” he shot back as one questioner suggested he was accepting “baby killing”.
“But the #Hamas terrorists who launched this terrorist attack knew it would produce the loss of #Palestinian civilian life. They ultimately bear the responsibility for those.”
There were animated exchanges at the State Dept media briefing about #Israel ’s decision to cut off electricity and supplies to #Gaza
'And criticism of the State Dept for not condemning extremist rhetoric from #Israeli lawmakers that indicated disregard for #Palestinian civilians trapped between #Hamas and Israel’s counter offensive.'
