Das US Militärbudget 2024 lag mit 842 Mrd USD bei etwas unter 2,9% des BIP (29,184 Bln USD) und soll in den kommenden Jahren jeweils um 8% reduziert werden. Die einzige Möglichkeit die 5% zu erreichen ist Trumps Wirtschaftspolitik die zu einer konsequenten Reduzierung des US BIP führen würde (vorausgesetzt es bleibt bei den 842 Mrd).
