Happily, no court will convict the uncle because saying "fvck" to a cop is absolutely free speech and protected by the first amendment.

The sad thing is that the cops know this but they chose to harass the uncle just because they could. Cops rarely even know the laws they're supposed to enforce. They are a bad joke, and we all pay the price for their stupidity. 😒
