Just in case anyone thought it was 'just' those nasty commercial employers (well, some of them at least) exploiting zero hour contracts to screwq their staff.

Oxford has no shame - well it probably never has had any... Probably a scheme p[romoted by some PPE nobhead and will undoubtedley be supported by other PPE nobjeads in government.

Grateful not to be in academia any more.

Day 20 of the 2023 #dragonfly #AdventCalendar. Small Red-eyed #Damselfly is one of two UK species with red eyes and blue tails. Both species are often seen sitting on vegetation on the surface of a pond or ditch. It arrived here in 1999 and has spread across most of England & parts of Wales.
