thank you for asking ; the vets was ok. his blood work is better, and while he hasn't gained weight, he hasn't lost it either. we have another week of (different) antibiotics. vet seemed not terribly worried, said to keep in touch (they have whatsapp), see how we go. he's not eating much now but he was SO STRESSED, poor love. shaking and all. thankfully the vets are v v nice. and seem competent (which is rare around here) (they're 2 spanish and 1 italian, which is also rare around here)

yes. we're Very Glad of the looker afters, my goodness. especially given previous experiences 😬

it was/is SO NICE. it's a big one too so there's plenty left. makes such a difference, having a treat when things are feeling bleak. (which means i need treats all the time now 🤣)

I guess it does mean that Olly gets whipped and/or banished to the kitchen like a cake baking bitch less often though 🤣
