Yes, I noticed, but I don’t imagine it means anything good.

Frankly, I’d expect Labour messaging is about to turn in on itself as it tries to convince the PLP it’s not all on fire, which usually means the external comms get even worse.
That was also my reading of it: "time to get someone a bit more fash in to beat the backbenches into submission".
Definitely more succinct.
