All necessary preparations have been made. The Winter Kettle and its associated hot water bottles have been retrieved, bedsocks are at the ready, and all the blankets in the house are within easy reach of the rocking chair/desk 🤣

I'm determined not to put the heating on this year, except for emergencies (to keep the pipes from freezing etc). Except Saturday mornings - pre-warmed pjs are an essential post-Park Run treat 😉
