You caught me! I have no idea, there are groups, but they are a public thing so basically if you tag the group account it'll be visible by all who follow. Maybe something like that? I'm in a group on Whatsapp but not enough people from this area - in fact I'm the only eastern European which, is sad, we need a club of central-eastern Europe or something. I found out I'm a bit more crazy than the westerners.😂 Also fedi tips on their website have a groups explanation.
