Someone stole a hundred dollar bill from the Christmas card my mother in-law sent.
Granted, she shouldn't have sent cash, but she's literally a boomer.
You could tell it was opened at 1 end looking for the non card folded end, then opened at the other to extract the cash.
I think of it as money we didn't know of never getting to us and my mother in-law had already parted ways with it.
Nothing to be done about it, so I try console myself with this.
