Good morning tooting friends. It’s nearly 17c already but it feels quite chilly as there’s a cool breeze, we’re heading for 30c today & it looks like it’ll be in the 30’s for the next week at least. #Weather.
I think I’m going to head to the pool 🏊🏼‍♀️ again this morning. Due to school swim carnivals the time for lone swimmers is difficult to find & today is the last day there is no carnival. Plus I like swimming & there won’t be too many weeks left before it starts getting a lot cooler. #Exercise #Swimming.
Thirty four years ago today my beautiful daughter was born, it was another 2wks until I actually met & held her & another 3wks after that before she was officially declared as my daughter. It was quite a stressful time as it all happened in another country with a language I didn’t understand but it’s been the best thing I have ever done. My daughter has grown to be an incredibly loving, caring woman & mother in her own right. She hold my heart ❤️ #Family #Daughter #Adoption.

I am so pooped. I did 22 laps & just over 1km half of them wearing my new fins. Then my daughter & grandkids arrived & young master 3 spent the next half hour jumping in the pool for me to catch, only to climb out so he could do it again. Then another couple of even slower than normal laps along with my granddaughter. Thoroughly enjoyed this morning even though my glutes, legs & knees are very weary. #Swimming #Exercise #SwimPlay #SoTired 🥱.


Pretty good day today, even if I didn’t do much. I got my eyelashes sorted - 7 of the little beggars this time. I did a lovely #Balance class once I got home #Exercise #Yoga #Pilates #TaiChi #FeelingGood ☺️.
Picked up some milk from the supermarket & the Police were there. I did ask if it was 10 or 15% off to buy a Policeman, but apparently they were there to help & advise people be alert for scams. So 👍🏼 to our local Police, but shame I couldn’t bring one home #Police 😂🤣.
I received an email from my housing manager, she wanted an updated direct debit form filled out & then told me that the rent reduction I received was a miscalculation due to a new system but as it was in my favour & she’s never had any issues with me paying my rent she was going to ignore it. So still winning at least for another 6mths until the next review. Still winning for now 😃. #IAmHappy
On another note, there are still bull ants 🐜 coming through the neighbours garage but thanks to the ant sand I’ve put down I don’t have an issue. I think he might though - he was really angry yelling earlier! #Karma

1. Workout at home, get equipment gradually over time and use workout videos,
2. Run, walk, cycle, swim outdoors,
3. Covid is a real concern in change rooms and indoor situations,
4. If going to a gym, find an old or non-trendy one, people are nicer,
5. If going to a gym, go when it's quiet and use VISIBLE ANC headphones.
