Mmh gibt es eine Distro die externe Sensorik supported? Ich hab ein Cat S61 was ich sehr mag, vor allem wegen IR Kamera, Feinstaubsensor und Laser Maßband. Jetzt Brauch ich also was was diese Geräte Apps unterstützt, so ich sie irgendwie vom Handy vorher gezogen kriege. Gibt es da Ideen? :)
Also ich bin mit etwas Portierung Zen, Apps neu schreiben / Reverse enginnering .. da Brauch ich zu lang, das passiert nicht :3

Anyone installed/used #CalyxOS on a #Fairphone? I'm tempted to try it out but want to avoid a high risk of bricking it if I get one on a #Fairphone4 deal I found, and also don't want to lose too many capabilities from my current Samsung S9 with #eOS on it, so am interested to know how well it runs.

Gibts hier Leute die ein #GooglePixel besitzen, auf diesem #GrapheneOS installieren könnten, sich aber trotzdem für eine alternative wie z.B. #CalyxOS, #iodeOS oder #LineageOS entschieden haben?

This is reason enough to summarily ditch Google & OEM Android versions and replace them with versions that respect FOSS.

I'm also curious why there is nothing like F-Droid on iOS, nor is it common to find libre apps in Apple's app store. Even large FOSS brands that have an app store presence, like Mozilla, have had their product lobotomized by Apple.

#CalyxOS has released its January #security update. It hit all of our Pixel 6a phones yesterday. The changelog was pretty short and just reads:
