these may be the two main tasks for Donald Trump from the US power "elite":
1) Do the dirty work: after the failure of US support for Ukraine by Biden administration, end US money support for Ukraine and to get the EU to continue to fund this support only itself (US weapons can continue to be supplied, but paid for only with Europeans' money). *
2) Focus all U.S. military activity exclusively against 1. Iran, 2. China, 3. the "Middle East" in general, and allow the emergence of a Greater Israel.

*note on point 1): the advantage of Trump doing this is that after his term is over, only he will be blamed for the betrayal of Ukraine, and only he will be used as a scapegoat (which he usually doesn't mind too much), and thanks that, the blame for the betrayal of Ukraine (or for the failure in help to Ukraine) will not fall on the entire US power "elite".
...I myself am curious how this prediction of the present will manifest itself in a few years - whether it will burn like paper or prove itself and to what extent...
For these reasons, in my opinion, the trial of him was adjourned (if I remember the events correctly) and no other significant resistance was put up to realistically prevent him from occupying the office of President.
