Pretty fuckin' vile, isn't it. Bad enough to be actively transphobic, but to go on live TV as a member of the government and do the moral majority routine to say that someone else should apologise for NOT being a bigoted piece of shit? And somehow this went totally unremarked upon by the press. Imagine if Dorries or Fabricant had said it.
