This morning I watched a crow chase a rat down the street.
I don't know what that means 🤷‍♀️😄

It means it's time for breakfast!
One of Odin's birds chasing Loki. The trickster will be hunted by wisdom in the end.

It's a "this too shall pass" foretelling of hope

*makes mystical noises, and prints out a card*

Also it might have been a really hungry crow.

opening salvoes in the great Crow/Rat war of 2025
Years ago the biggest guinea pig and a mature rook were on opposite sides of the chicken wire.
Rooks are very smart, so it probably knew it couldn't get in.
Ginger, the guinea pig (cavy), obviously figured it out too.
Was one taunting the other, or a mutual game?

Rats are not actually very brave. They have a fear of change and new things. They'd certainly run from a rook or hoodie crow (a carrion crow is all black version) or magpie. I don't think a jackdaw would chase a rat.

I misread 'crow' as 'cow', which made for a whooole different mental image.
