Es gibt wirklich nur eine handvoll Artikel, die das Fediverse richtig beschreiben, der Rest setzt die Software Mastodon mit dem Fediverse gleich. Fürs berichtigen dürfen wir uns dann immer öffentlich runtermachen und beschimpfen lassen.
Bitte nicht krum nehmen.
Und falls dir irgend was bei Mastodon als Software fehlt, die anderen haben das alle 😉Außer die Spezialdienste, die sich auf einen Medientyp spezialisiert haben.
Für Text im Fediverse gibt es über 10 verschiedene Softwares, da findet jeder was er benötigt 👍

I'm not a fan of starter packs, they just turn the fediverse of self-selected contacts into customised social media, which has lost its essence
If you do, then it's better to choose from the https://mastodir.de/ catalogue, even if it has the flaw that it only works with mastodon and not for the fediverse in general. just like the starter packs.

But that's more from a cultural point of view, because they are mostly announcement accounts and not accounts that want interaction. opposing opinions are suppressed or bullied away with the help of the fanboys.
And I'm glad I haven't had that here for the last 14 years. But this lack of culture is slowly creeping in here and that makes me sad.
I have no idea how long you've been in the Fediverse, but today's has nothing to do with 2020 and after the start of the muscle wave and the slow arrival of Twitter culture
