WA government won't confirm repeal of Juukan Gorge Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act laws

The government is refusing to say publicly if it's scrapping its controversial Aboriginal Heritage Act laws, although the ABC understands they will be repealed just over a month since they were implemented.
