There is another way of looking at that "report". Its anti-brown & anti-black racism packaged as "antisemitism". That fits perfectly into the anti-immigrant racist hysteria of the white world.
It reduced Nazi salute to "awkward gesture" while gaslighting everyone that "from the river to the sea" is a call for genocide of Jews.
I think we all have seen enough bullshit from these Nazis, to take anything they say seriously.

They know who their friends are i.e those with power that allows them fulfill the genocidal settler colonial project successfully by genocide & ethnic cleansing their victims. All they care is keeping the ruling class of white world in their pocket, allow the ruling classes & propaganda classes to use antisemitism as a weapon to beat enemies of Zionists & Western Empire itself.
They are giving hellsite Nazi cover in order to get concessions for their Nazi project in West Asia, get concessions from discount store Hitler who is installed now.
Antisemitism has been turned into nothing more than a weapon white world created out of its own crimes to beat up anyone who oppose Zionist Nazism & Western domination in general. Largely its a weapon to beat up brown & blacks too as we are the ones who can clearly see colonialism, settler-colonialism & imperialism more than the white world, as not just that our ancestors suffered at the hands of the white world, but the world we live in is shaped by the consequences of the domination by the white world.
If these Nazis call you names, just know they are liars & criminals who should be sent to Hague (not that its of much use given it did nothing during genocide, but its useful as a turn of phrase), who should never be taken seriously on anything.
