Not that I'm counting the days...but we will be coming up to our blessed #YnysMôn for 2 whole weeks one month tomorrow.

We have both had such a gruelling and exhausting year that we have decided to put our needs first this #Christmas.

As a @mentalhealth & #wellbeing coach, I know only too well the value of self reflection, self care, and maintaining those healthy boundaries. So, Christmas on our favourite island ticks all the boxes.

And I don't even care if I have toast for christmas lunch.
