Erster Eindruck, von der Stimme her kann es mit MBROLA und HADIFIX mithalten,
Bei den AKüFis ist noch massig Luft nach oben.
Eigene Listen wie bei MBROLA wären toll!
Aber sonst, macht Hoffnung!
Wenn man es erst mal ordentlich ver'pipen kann, am Besten mit einer Liste der in Frage kommenden apk's, das wäre toll.

Mir werden für deutsche Sprache neun verschiedene Modelle angezeigt. An den Namen kann man zumindest zwischen männlicher und weiblicher Stimme unterscheiden. Was bedeutet "low", " medium" und "high"?
Auf der Webseite von Hugging Face habe ich auf die Schnelle nichts gefunden.

"Thomas Shedd, a Musk-associate and now head of the General Services Administration’s Technology Transformation Services (TTS), told government tech workers in a meeting this week that the administration plans to widely deploy AI throughout the government. Shedd also said the administration would need help altering login.gov, a government login system, to further integrate with sensitive systems like social security “to further identify individuals and detect and prevent fraud,” which employees identified on the meeting as “an illegal task.”
Shedd, who is a former Tesla engineer, said the government should “try to get consent,” regarding login.gov changes but that “we should still push forward and see what we can do.”
WIRED and the New York Times previously reported on aspects of the meeting. 404 Media has now obtained audio of the full meeting and quotes it extensively below. Shedd told TTS workers that the administration would need help making radical changes to various government systems: “Things are going to get intense,” he said."

Blind People Problems:
Lately I'm encountering instances where people writing substitute a small letter L for a capital i. For example writing Al (AL) instead of AI (ai).
This fools the eye, but not the text-to-speech engines used by blind and low vision users to listen to the text.
This morning I copy and pasted the title of a novel from the story graph and it turned out that the word Idea was written with an L (ldea) instead of a capital i.
I wonder what is behind this phenomenon. Is it a virtual keyboard speed writing thing? Saving the user the extra click on the shift key?
What is for sure, this practice is bad for accessibility.

The main possible explanation for the use of an l in place of a capital I, was the use of OCR to digitize text in an image.
Considering the fact that OCR is built into mobile OSs and apps these days it is quite possible that is was used and as a type of AI it is clear why it would not understand the context and mistake identical letters for one another.
A second possible reason suggested in the comments was that people are trying to obscure the use of the term AI from filters or crawlers by using the wrong letter.
