সম্প্রতি নয়াদিগন্ত একটি গোয়েন্দা সূত্রের বরাত দিয়ে রিপোর্ট করেছে যে- বাংলাদেশে তাবলীগ জামাতের মাঝে একটি পক্ষ ইসরাইলের গোয়েন্দা সংস্থা মোসাদের হয়ে কাজ করছে। তাদের উদ্দেশ্য তাবলীগ জামাতের মাঝে বিভক্তি তৈরি করা এবং বাংলাদেশকে আনস্ট্যাবল করা।
কিন্তু অনেকেই তাবলীগ জামাতের সাথে ইসরাইলি কানেকশন বা তাবলীগ জামাতের মাঝে মোসাদের ইনফিলট্রেশনকে ঠিক মেনে নিতে পারছে না বা বুঝে উঠতে পারছে না। কিন্তু তাবলীগ জামাতের সাথে ইসরাইলি কানেকশন বহু বছরের পুরনো।
এমন একটি উল্লেখযোগ্য ঘটনা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করি
২০০০ সালের ১২ জানুয়ারি ভারতীয় গোয়েন্দা কর্মকর্তারা কলকাতায় ঢাকা-অভিমুখী বাংলাদেশ বিমানের একটি ফ্লাইট থেকে ১১ বিদেশী নাগরিককে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদের জন্য আটক করেন। বাংলাদেশী বিমান ছিনতাইয়ের পরিকল্পনা করছিল সন্দেহে বিমান চড়ার একটু আগে তাদের আটক করা হয়। তারা কলকাতা থেকে ঢাকা আসছিল। তবে এক গোয়েন্দা কর্মকর্তা জানান- “আমরা যখন বুঝতে পারি তারা তাবলীগের লোক, তাদের ছেড়ে দেই”
টঙ্গীতে বিশ্ব ইজতেমায় অংশ নেয়ার পরিকল্পনা ছিল তাদের কিন্তু বাংলাদেশ তাদের ভিসা দিতে অস্বীকৃতি জানায়। পরে ইসরাইলি চাপের মুখে ভারত তাদের নিয়ে ঘাটাঘাটি না করে তেল-আবিব ফিরে যাওয়ার অনুমতি দেয়।
দিল্লীতে বাংলাদেশী হাইকমিশনের এক কূটনীতিক তখন জানান- “তাদের ঢাকায় অবতরণের অনুমতি ছিল, অথচ ভিসা ছিল না। আমরা তাদের বাংলাদেশে প্রবেশ করতে না দেয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নেই কারণ জাতীয় নিরাপত্তার খাতিরে আমরা এ সুযোগ দিতে পারি না”
টংগীর ইজতেমায় যোগ দিতে আসা সেই ১১ জনের কাছে ইসরাইলি পাসপোর্ট ছিল। ধারণা করা হচ্ছিল তারা আফগান নাগরিক। ঢাকা আসার আগে তারা কিছু সময় ইরানেও ছিল। দিল্লী ভিত্তিক একটি ট্রাভেল এজেন্সি তাদের বাংলাদেশ বিমানের কলকাতা-দিল্লী রুটের টিকিট দিয়েছিল। তবে বিমান বাংলাদেশ এয়ারলাইনসের কর্মকর্তাদের কাছে সেই ১১ জনের সবাইকে বেশ রহস্যজনক মনে হয়।
ভারতের সেন্ট্রাল ইন্টিলিজেন্সের এক কর্মকর্তা বলেছিলেন― “নিশ্চিতভাবে তারা মুসলিম। তারা বলেছে দুইমাস ধরে তারা তাবলীগের কাজে ভারতে আছে অথচ তারা ইসরাইলি নাগরিক। পশ্চিমতীরে বসবাস।
ওই গোয়েন্দা কর্মকর্তা আরো বলেন– “তেল-আবিব তাদের মুক্তি নিশ্চিত করতে ব্যাপক চাপ প্রয়োগ করে। মনে হচ্ছে তারা ইসরাইলের একটি স্পর্শকাতর সংগঠনের হয়ে কাজ করছে এবং একটি মিশনে তারা বাংলাদেশ যাচ্ছিল।
এই ঘটনার পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে ভারতের ব্যুরো অব সিভিল এভিয়েশন সিকিউরিটি (বিসিএএস) ১১ জানুয়ারি একটি অতিগোপনীয় সার্কুলার জারি করে(NO. ER/BCAS/PIC/CIRCULAR/99)। সেখানে ভারত থেকে ছেড়ে যাওয়া বাংলাদেশ বিমানের একটি এয়ারক্রাফটের সম্ভাব্য ছিনতাইয়ের চেষ্টার ব্যাপারে উল্লেখ করা হয়। রিজিওনাল ডেপুটি কমিশনার অব সিকিউরিটি (কোলকাতা এয়ারপোর্ট) স্বাক্ষরিত এই সার্কুলারের কপি পাঠানো হয় সংশ্লিষ্ট ভারতীয় এজেন্সিগুলোতে এবং কলকাতায় বাংলাদেশ বিমানের স্টেশন ম্যানেজার মোঃ শাহজাহানের কাছে।এতে বলা হয়, এ উদ্দেশে আটজন পশতুভাষী মুজাহিদ ভারতে ঢুকে পড়েছে। তারা চেয়েছিলেন বিমান ছিনতাইকারী ধরতে। কিন্তু যারা ধরা পড়েছিল তারা সবাই ছিল মোসাদের প্রশিক্ষিত লোক। পরে তড়িঘড়ি করে ছেড়ে দেয়া হয় তাদের।
এই ঘটনা নিয়ে বিবিসির প্রখ্যাত সাংবাদিক আসামের অধিবাসী ভারতের পূর্বাঞ্চলের সংবাদদাতা সুবির ভৌমিক দি উইক পত্রিকায় aborted mission: did Mossad attempt to infiltrate Islamic radical outfits in south Asia? (ব্যর্থ মিশন: মোসাদ কি দক্ষিন এশিয়ার ইসলামী উগ্রবাদীদের মাঝে অনুপ্রবেশের চেষ্টা করছে?) শিরোনামে একটি অনুসন্ধানী প্রতিবেদনও লিখেছিলেন।
উল্লেখ্য যে, ২০০৮ সালের জানুয়ারী থেকে বিশ্ব এজতেমায় ইসরাইলী নাগরিকদের অংশগ্রহণের অনুমতি দিয়েছিল সরকার।দৈনিক নয়া দিগন্ত ২৫ জানুয়ারী ২০০৮ সংখ্যায় এ বিষয়ে বিস্তারিত রিপোর্ট করে।
তখন থেকেই মূলত বাংলাদেশে মোসাদ ইজতেমার মাধ্যমে অনেক বেশি একটিভ হয়ে ওঠে। তবে এর আগে যে বাংলাদেশে মোসাদের এক্টিভিটি ছিল না তা কিন্তু নয়।
বাংলাদেশের প্রথম স্বীকৃত মোসাদ এজেন্ট ছিলেন সালাউদ্দিন শোয়েব চৌধুরী। যিনি ২০০৩ সালে ২৯ নভেম্বর ইসরাইল যাওয়ার পথে শাহজালাল আন্তর্জাতিক বিমানবন্দরে ইসরাইলী পাসপোর্ট সহ আটক হন। উল্লেখ্য, বাংলাদেশের পাসপোর্ট নিয়ে কোন নাগরিক ইসরাইল ভ্রমন করতে পারেন না। সেই সময় ইসরাইলী গোয়েন্দা সংস্থার পক্ষে গোয়েন্দাগিরির অভিযোগে রাষ্ট্রদ্রোহিতার মামলায় তাকে গ্রেফতার করা হয়।
আটকের পূর্বে তিনি দৈনিক ইনকিলাবের একজন নিয়মিত কলামিস্ট ছিলেন।তৎকালীন সময়ে ইসলামী-জাতীয়তাবাদের একনিষ্ঠ সেবক ছিলেন।
তবে ২০০৭ সালের ১৫ ই ফেব্রুয়ারী যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের হাউস রেজ্যুলিউশন উনার পক্ষে ইঊনাইটেড স্টেটস হাঊস কমিটি অন ফরেইন অ্যাফেয়ার্স বিনা প্রতিদ্বন্দিতায় একটা বিল পাশ করেছিল যেখানে বাংলাদেশ সরকারকে তার বিরুদ্বে আনিত সকল অভিযোগ প্রত্যাহার করতে বলা হয়েছিল। সবচেয়ে বড় কথা হলো এসব অভিযোগ প্রমাণিত হলে তার মৃত্যুদন্ড হতে পারত।
শাহজালাল আন্তর্জাতিক বিমানবন্দরে তার আটকের খবর প্রকাশ করে জেরুজালেম পোস্টে খুব গুরুত্বের সাথে ছাপা হয়।
এখনও পর্যন্ত বাংলাদেশে মোসাদের এক্টিভিটি রয়েছে। আর তার সবচেয়ে বড় মাধ্যম তাবলীগ জামাতের বিশ্ব ইজতেমা।
