When the crowd of protesters accused the Tesla customer of supporting a Nazi and possibly being one, the man replied "Yeah!" and did the deed.

The man goes on to explain the reason he is buying a Tesla is specifically due to the anti-fasicst protests and to support Musk.

Tesla Car Boycott Goes Global In Defiance of CEO Musk On Week Seven

Washington DC—Hundreds of Tesla electric vehicle dealerships saw lines of citizens line up outside them urging consumers to boycott the flailing car company. The decentralized grassroots actions have targeted the world’s richest man, Elon Musk over his continued interference in Federal government operations.

A surge of anger towards the mega billionaire has fueled the Tesla dealership boycott actions which are now in their seventh week. The boycotts are credited with taking down, at least in part, over 40% of the car company’s stock value.

In Washington DC over 200 danced outside the Tesla dealership in Georgetown drawing many new participants to the festive block-party atmosphere along the busy M Street shopping corridor. Passing motorists joined in the celebratory mood by honking, giving thumbs up approval, and slowing to take photos and videos. The mood couldn’t have been described as a protest but more of a celebration in defiance of an increasingly authoritarian presidency.

Meanwhile at the Arlington Virginia Tesla, hundreds also joined in a community boycott line became more of a block-party celebration with over 250 citizens dancing, wearing costumes, and holding hand-made signs, as passing motorists honked approval. Some activists passed out anti Tesla bumper stickers to Tesla drivers as they stopped in front of the Tesla dealership.

The non-Tesla car dealership next door had to set up traffic monitors because the crowd on sidewalks meant they couldn't see the road on the way out. We weren't blocking the driveway at all, we just blocked the view by being there. They weren't mad - after all, we weren't protesting _them_.

There was one little fash man podcaster doing a livestream while walking down the sidewalk through the crowd - once only, I think - with a couple of his buds behind him,. talking to his audience of maybe tens about how "pathetic" all these people were with "nothing better to do" on a Saturday afternoon, and I wish I'd turned around and gone into my "aren't you so pathetic! what a good li'l booklicker! " doggie voice before delivering commentary about how if protesting is pathetic showing up to _cover_ a protest must be a whole 'nother _world_ of pathetic but alas, I didn't.

Okay so it was hard to get photos but I think we had nearly 300 (eta: Anna said they did a count of 425!) - I could count about that and I'm pretty sure I missed some but I also could've double-counted from across the street - at Lynnwood Tesla.

(It's hard to count through moving cars.)

That's pretty good.

Drivers honked a LOT of support. The counter-crowd was functionally _nonexistent_ - we had a couple of drive-by finger-throwers and swearers, but I only saw one (1) MAGAt hat. Which is kinda nuts.

After a terrible night’s sleep, I’m up and prepping for our trek to the #TeslaTakedown #protest at the Swasticar service center in #Tempe #today. We’re biking down (~22 km), and I have my protest sign strapped to the back of my #ebike. Wish me luck!

And if you haven’t yet joined in a local protest, I highly recommend it. Taking action feels very good and compliments your “WTF??” social postings quite nicely.
