A naïve person might think that this is a goodwill comment, as in "we are working tirelessly for a ceasefire", but in fact it means breaking all commitments they agreed on with the Palestinian side and re-starting negotiation in an incredibly worse situation for the Palestinians, with a two State solution being imposible on account of all the settlements on the West Bank and the destruction of Gaza.

Clinton is directly responsible for the failed peace process. He committed himself to a Palestinian State, and in spite of Zionist leaders saying they would never accept a Palestinian State of any kind, in his speech he blamed the failure of the process exclusively on the Palestinian leader.

He listed a series of promises, some that are known to be lies, and blamed Arafat for not accepting the peace deal when in fact he did.

I listened to Bill Clinton's speech in Michigan. First, I'd like to say it speaks tons about a society that a person guilty of associating with an underage sex trafficker, and who flew many times to Epstein's island infamous for its orgies, can give a speech and be applauded as if it was nothing. That Clinton is applauded and respected is even worse than the fact he's not paying for his crimes.

People make fun of the “what happens in the booth stays in the booth” election ads, but I know poll workers who have had to keep husbands out of their wive’s voting booths because they had to “make sure she votes right”. When I was phone banking I also talked with a woman who’s husband or boyfriend was clearly around and it almost definitely changed the nature of the call. Voter intimidation by men is a real problem and I’m glad these ads address it.
