- Well, I'm trying not to idealize either side of the argument, but I can vividly imagine this practice being quite possible for a jury (but the ideal would be to have someone in place who I know personally and who has a fairly unbiased view of the matter - I have some vicarious knowledge from there, but I'm afraid it would be a sensitive topic for them specifically (they're a bit touchy) and the question is how to ask about it and not upset them with such a question :)
