The Svobodnaya Pressa website published an article on cryptocurrency by V. Katasonov —

In it we find curious data, so the author reports:

“A significant part of all information and communication technologies is realized precisely in the sector of non-productive, redistributive services. This is, first of all, electronic banking (EB) and electronic commerce (EC). This is by far the main part of the “digital economy”. But ultimately, the goal of “digitalization” of banking and commerce is to increase profits. And profit, as we know, is a centuries-tested tool with which capitalists redistribute the social product in their favor. Profit is the legalized stealing of society under capitalism. There can be no question of increasing the “public welfare””.

The author goes on to point out that the digital economy is by no means as harmless a phenomenon as it may seem at first glance. First, it draws away a significant number of the working-age population:

“There are only expert estimates available for employment in the 'digital casino'. Worldwide, the number of people employed in mining is already in the tens of millions. So far, this type of activity is mainly of a “gray”, “shadow” nature”.

Secondly, the “mining” (mining) of virtual money consumes a significant amount of energy resources:

“The insanely high energy intensity of digital mining has long been written and talked about by many experts. For many individual “miners” (those who “mine” cryptocurrency), the costs of “mining” become unaffordable. They begin to “optimize” them by, for example, stealing electricity. Or by moving their “mining” capacities to countries with lower electricity tariffs. But the main way has become what textbooks on the Marxist political economy of capitalism call “concentration” and “monopolization” of production and capital. What is happening is the consolidation of individual “miners” into “pools”. Bitcoin mining today is dominated by three large pools, which account for 55% of all computing power. In fact, there is a rapid monopolization in the field of cryptocurrencies.

According to statistics from the Digiconomist information and analytical center, at the end of last year, the annualized energy consumption of the bitcoin network reached 35.77 TWh. This is more than the annualized energy consumption of Denmark (33 TWh), Belarus (33.8 TWh) or Bulgaria (34.9 TWh). A year ago, bitcoin accounted for 0.16% of global electricity consumption. By the end of this year, that share is projected to rise to 0.5%. And with many other cryptocurrencies available, the “digital casino” could currently siphon off as much as 1 percent of all electricity generated globally. Obviously, the estimates are very rough, primarily because some of the electricity is siphoned off illegally. But the trend is obvious: the cryptocurrency “parasite” will increase both in absolute and relative terms the scale of such energy “sucking”.”

“Indeed,” the author summarizes, ‘the real price that humanity will have to pay for its dangerous games called ’digital economy' is infinitely high. “The digital economy is leading to the destruction of the real economy by parasitically sucking out of it very real resources - human, energy and financial resources.”

Having collected good data, Katasonov, being a bourgeois-patriotic economist, makes false political conclusions. The meaning of the author's position: stop parasitizing on the electric industry, go to work in factories. Here the well-known trick of dividing the bourgeoisie into “industrious producers” and “speculators-parasites” is used, of course, in order to support the former against the latter.

The proletariat needs to get rid not of any kind or subspecies of capitalists, but of the DICTATURE OF THE BURJUAZI as a class. The aim of every capitalist is not to satisfy the needs of the population, as it is written in textbooks, but to satisfy the thirst for maximum profit, so if it is more profitable for a capitalist to invest capital in a “crypto-farm” than in building a factory, he will organize a “crypto-farm”, and he doesn't care what the consequences for society will be. The problem of capitalism is not the wrong capitalists, but the OBJECTIVE LAWS of the economy, which produce TYRANNY towards the proletariat and the people as a whole.

“Mining” is a socially useless industry - a typical regurgitation of the market economy, it can be compared to rent, stock speculation or a thousand other legitimate phenomena of capitalism. Getting rid of the “parasitic” types of capitalists (in fact ALL of them are parasites) is the desire of their competitors for more profit, i.e. it is not in the interests of the proletariat.

However, the political danger of “mining” is the growth and support of petty-bourgeois sentiment, which is very favorable to the capitalist class as a whole. The more people believe that it is possible to survive without working for corporations, the more stable capitalism as a whole is. This is why bourgeois states look at cryptocurrencies leniently, and in some cases even support them.

Marx, as we know, called the petty bourgeoisie a disappearing stratum, and indeed in market conditions the petty bourgeois have one fate - proletarianization, but they continue to exist mainly due to the “social” policy of bourgeois states, which see them as a social pillar of capitalism.

In addition, bourgeois states poorly regulate cryptocurrencies because of the laundering of criminal proceeds, and the mafia has a large lobby in almost all bourgeois countries.

В ней мы находим любопытные данные, так автор сообщает:

«Значительная часть всех информационно-коммуникационных технологий реализуется именно в секторе непроизводительных, перераспределяющих услуг. Это, прежде всего, электронный банкинг (ЭБ) и электронная коммерция (ЭК). Это на сегодняшний день основная часть „цифровой экономики“. Но, в конечном счете, целью „цифровизации“ банковского и торгового дела является наращивание прибыли. А прибыль, как известно, и есть проверенный веками инструмент, с помощью которого капиталисты перераспределяют общественный продукт в свою пользу. Прибыль — узаконенное при капитализме обворовывание общества. Ни о каком приумножении „общественного благоденствия“ речи быть не может».

Далее автор указывает, что «цифровая экономика» отнюдь не такое безобидное явление, как это может показаться на первый взгляд. Во-первых, она оттягивает значительное число трудоспособного населения:

«Имеются лишь экспертные оценки по занятости в „цифровом казино“. По всему миру число занятых майнингом уже исчисляется десятками миллионов человек. Пока данный вид деятельности носит в основном „серый“, „теневой“ характер».

Во-вторых, «добыча» (майнинг) виртуальных денег пожирает значительное число энергоресурса:

«О безумно высокой энергоемкости цифрового майнинга уже давно писали и говорили многие эксперты. Для многих индивидуальных „шахтеров“ (те, кто „добывает“ криптовалюту) издержки „добычи“ становятся не подъемными. Они начинают „оптимизировать“ их, занимаясь, например, кражей электроэнергии. Или выводя свои мощности по „добыче“ в страны с более низкими тарифами на электричество. Но магистральным путем стало то, что в учебниках по марксистской политэкономии капитализма называется „концентрацией“ и „монополизацией“ производства и капитала. Происходит объединение индивидуальных „шахтеров“ в „пулы“. В майнинге биткойна сегодня доминирует три крупных пула, на которые приходится 55% всей вычислительной мощности. Фактически в сфере криптовалют происходит стремительная монополизация.

Согласно статистике информационно-аналитического центра Digiconomist, на конец прошлого года энергопотребление сети биткойн в приведении к годовому счислению достигло 35,77 ТВт/ч. Это больше, чем годовое энергопотребление Дании (33 ТВт/ч), Беларуси (33,8 ТВт/ч) или Болгарии (34,9 ТВт/ч). Год назад на биткойн приходилось 0,16% мирового потребления электроэнергии. На конец этого года прогнозируется, что эта доля увеличится до 0,5%. А с учетом того, что имеется множество других криптовалют, „цифровое казино“ в настоящее время может отсасывать до 1 процента всей электроэнергии, генерируемой в мире. Очевидно, что оценки очень приблизительные, прежде всего потому, что часть электроэнергии отсасывается нелегально. Но тенденция очевидна: криптовалютный „паразит“ будет наращивать и в абсолютном, и в относительном выражении масштабы такого энергетического „отсоса“».

«Действительно, — подытоживает автор, — реальная цена, которую человечеству придется заплатить за свои опасные игры под названием „цифровая экономика“, бесконечно высока. „Цифровая экономика“ ведет к разрушению реальной экономики путем паразитического высасывания из нее вполне реальных ресурсов — человеческих, энергетических и финансовых».

Собрав неплохие данные, Катасонов, будучи буржуазно-патриотическим экономистом, делает ложные политические выводы. Смысл позиции автора: долой паразитирование на электрике, идите работать на заводы. Здесь пускается в ход известный трюк с разделением буржуазии на «трудолюбивых производителей» и «спекулянтов-паразитов», разумеется, с целью поддержки первых против вторых.

Пролетариату необходимо избавиться не от каких-то видов или подвидов капиталистов, а от ДИКТАТУРЫ БУРЖУАЗИИ как класса. Цель всякого капиталиста не в удовлетворении потребностей населения, как это пишут в учебниках, а в удовлетворении жажды максимальной прибыли, поэтому если капиталисту выгоднее вложить капитал в «криптоферму», чем в строительство завода, то он организует «криптоферму», и плевать ему на то, какие будут последствия для общества. Проблематика капитализма состоит не в неправильных капиталистах, а в ОБЪЕКТИВНЫХ ЗАКОНАХ экономики, которые порождают ТИРАНИЮ по отношению к пролетариату и народу в целом.

«Майнинг» есть отрасль общественно-бесполезная — типичная отрыжка рыночной экономики, его можно сравнить с рентой, биржевыми спекуляциями или тысячью других закономерных явлений капитализма. Избавление от «паразитических» типов капиталистов (на самом деле ВСЕ они паразиты) является стремлением их конкурентов к большей прибыли, т. е. не отвечает интересам пролетариата.

Однако же политическая опасность «майнинга» состоит в росте и поддержке мелкобуржуазных настроений, что весьма выгодно капиталистическому классу в целом. Чем больше людей верят, что можно выжить без работы на корпорации, тем устойчивее капитализм в целом. Именно поэтому буржуазные государства смотрят на криптоденьги снисходительно, а кое-где даже оказывают поддержку.

Маркс, как известно, называл мелкую буржуазию исчезающей прослойкой, и действительно в рыночных условиях у мелких буржуа одна судьба — пролетаризация, однако они продолжают существовать в основном благодаря «социальной» политике буржуазных государств, которые видят в них социальную опору капитализма.

Кроме того, буржуазные государства слабо регулируют криптовалюты из-за отмывки преступных доходов, а мафия имеет крупное лобби практически во всех буржуазных странах.

IS THERE FASCISM IN UKRAINE?



Many Ukrainians, including those in the eastern regions, do not realize that the current degree of development of the productive forces of society, the complexity of the system of international market and political relations, excludes progressive social reorganization of society on the basis of nationalistic feelings, emotional thirst for justice and religious moral attitudes, and even more so, crackling slogans dictated and paid for... by predators from the United States. At the current stage of social development, progressive transformation of society is possible only by combining a broad popular movement with a SCIENTIFIC strategy of struggle against the vices of modern market democratic life. The tyranny of market oligarchic relations can be eliminated if there exists and is brought to the mass consciousness, first of all, of the proletarians of mental and physical labor, an exact scientific model of progressive social relations, and the existence of mature objective preconditions for the establishment of these relations is proved.

But, of course, neither the US elite nor the EU experts are the bearers of a scientific worldview on the issues of progress. Otherwise, how can we explain the subordination of the entire economic life of the West, for example, to crisis cyclicality, the dictates of the stock exchange, militarism and wars of conquest? What kind of market economic science can we talk about, if it is the stock exchange reports that are given the main preference, and it is the game on the stock exchange that time after time brings the world financial system and sectors of the real economy into an unbalanced state, driving it into crises and wars for the sake of redistribution of pieces of the market.

Rarely did any of Ukraine's citizens realize when, breaking their fingernails, they were picking cobblestones out of the sidewalk and offering them to the young OUNovtsy, that the struggle for “Europeanism” imposed on them would lead millions of Ukrainians into an even bigger social hole, to civil war, to putting on themselves, along with the market oligarchic oppression, the oppression of nationalist, outright bandit leaders and world credit institutions? Naturally, many believed in improvement. But even after overthrowing Yanukovych and finding themselves in an even more tragic situation, millions of Ukrainians never realized that they had chosen dead-end methods and direction of struggle, that the struggle of American oligarchs for the global planting of democracy, hammering the ideas of market democracy into the consciousness of the peoples of Yugoslavia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya with bombs is the main condition for ensuring the tyranny of oligarchs, first of all, the United States in the world economy, including in Ukraine.

The emotional cries of the leaders were designed only to awaken emotions and fierce desires in the Zamaydans, while their stomachs were still relatively full. But now there is a phase of sobering actions, first of all, of Turchynov, Porubiy, Avakov and Yarosh to carry out executions in the eastern regions and curtail social elements of the Ukrainian economy. And punitive actions, pension cuts and salary increases for the military are no longer words. They are, above all, the senseless and inglorious deaths of many of those who will carry them out. These executions will contribute to the further transformation of the Ukrainian proletarians, especially in the eastern regions, into the politically most competent and organized force of the whole Ukraine on the front of the struggle against the horrors and abominations of capitalism.

Under the circumstances, even Tatyana Mitkova spoke on NTV in Lenin's words that the events in Ukraine have reached a point where there is a national crisis in which “the grassroots do not want to, and the upper classes can no longer”.

WHAT KIND OF FASCISM IS DANGEROUS, THE KIND THAT OPENLY SHOUTS ABOUT ITSELF ON THE MAIDAN, OR THE KIND THAT SILENTLY CARRIES IT OUT, FOR EXAMPLE, ON WALL STREET?

The similarity of Ukrainian events with the fascist spectacle is that, firstly, tens of millions of Ukrainian citizens continue to PASSIVELY watch the “struggle” of hundreds of thousands of citizens and all sincerely do not understand what to do in this situation. And there is NO ONE to explain. Secondly, as in any performance where actors memorize texts and professionally portray feelings, the majority of pro-Western “leaders” of Maidan voice paid slogans and only portray hot feelings for Ukraine, and people who call themselves communists are not visible, as if they do not exist at all, neither in Ukraine, nor in Russia.

Most TV viewers continue not to notice that there is a great contradiction between the plot and the texts sounding from the monitors. The leaders of most developed countries rant about their commitment to democracy, but the real scenes of the show are objectively devoted to burying bourgeois democracy in Ukraine with the active participation of local fascists in bringing Babi Yar back to working order.

The information space literally screams about Ukrainian fascism, but some Russian politicians, journalists, rock musicians, including those of Jewish nationality, throughout the Maidan epic, so sympathetically praised the heroism of the fascists of the “Right Sector”, as if they had not heard the promises of the Zamaydan “sharführers” to liberate Ukraine from all “non-Ukrainians”, and not only from pure-blooded Moskals.

Moreover, every time Russia's representative to the UN tried to draw the attention of Security Council members to the threat posed by Ukrainian fascists, none of the representatives of the EU and the United States ever expressed the slightest concern about it. Even Merkel, when Putin touched on the subject in his speeches, only patiently ducked her head and waited for the end of the speech, which bored her no more than the famous fly on Obama's forehead. Her whole being expressed the thought: “God, what kind of fascism can there be in Ukraine? What are you talking about, Herr Putin.”

And she, strangely enough, was right. Fascism, which took place, for example, in Italy, Germany, and then was adopted by Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, France, the Baltics..., i.e. practically all Europe, is impossible in modern Ukraine. Although the desire of some part of Ukrainians to play fascists may be greater and sharper than Goebbels'.

Obviously, realizing the impossibility of Ukraine achieving Hitler's results and scales, journalists, including those of Jewish nationality, and leading politicians of the West calmly, at times, lovingly treated Ukrainian brown people and gave them “peccas” only because Ukrainian nationalists, from the very beginning, were planned to play the role of... scapegoats, Moors, who can be “gone” at any moment. In the history of Europe, politicians have often looked for and found a stupid and inexpensive “Moor” capable of doing any dirty deed, and then this “Moor” was removed like Hussein, Muzychka.

Merkel and Obama know this, but the time to say it out loud has not yet come. Even if at the height of the struggle against Yanukovych, the Right Sector would have been led by Shukhevych himself, even then, the Western press and journalists would have quietly watched the first act of the Ukrainian play until the Crimean improvisation, as Churchill did after Hitler came to power in Germany, starting with the Munich Pact and up to the battle of Moscow, which upset him a lot. Modern neo-colonialist politicians have always clearly understood that without Western money and positive “publicity” of democratic journalists, including Kiselev and Shuster, the Ukrainian fascists, as well as the German fascists in 1933, would not have lasted even a week.

Putin knew this, of course, but he focused the world's attention on the fascization of the Ukrainian nationalist movement only to make the job of Western politicians and their journalists more difficult. Having his own plans, Putin foresaw what accusations would be made by his rivals after Crimea was annexed to the Russian Federation. Putin could not but guess that he would be accused by the world's leading politicians and Russian liberals of extreme aggressiveness, of trying to use the historical experience of the “Anschluss” of Austria or the Sudetenland. And all these accusations were indeed voiced. But they would have been more difficult to repel if Putin had not been the first to draw the world's attention to the fascist rhetoric of the Right Sector and, consequently, the anti-fascist nature of the Kremlin's foreign policy protecting the Crimeans from fascists.

Putin waited for the Ukrainian fascists to get the first giddiness from their successes. And he did. If the Ukrainian fascists had not been breathless with the news that the legitimate president was not in Ukraine, that they had won, if they had not declared that they would begin to eradicate everything non-Ukrainian in Ukraine and, above all, everything Muscal, starting with the language, Eastern Ukraine and Crimea would not have thought of taking advantage of Yanukovych's flight. But as it became clear to people what policy the Ukrainian nationalists would pursue in Eastern Ukraine and Crimea, a clearly motivated discontent with the Kiev junta's encouragement of Right Sector Nazism began to emerge everywhere. Only after “the fruit had ripened” could Putin, in his “anti-fascist struggle,” count on the support of millions of concerned citizens in Ukraine and, above all, in Crimea.

Everyone, Obama, Brzezinski, Merkel, and Putin, understood that the Ukrainian nationalists, in any turn of events, were deprived of the possibility of repeating the German experience to the slightest degree and becoming a new serious fascist threat in Europe. Only the leaders of the Ukrainian nationalists, due to their, typical for all nationalists, low level of mental development, did not realize that they would be allowed to play fascists only in the first act of the Ukrainian drama, and then they would be eliminated from the game in the most standard way, as soon as they were no longer needed.

Putin had no illusions that Merkel, once she learned from Putin's words about the fascist manifestations on the Maidan, would be moved by remorse to apply the strongest possible sanctions against the “Zamaydans. But the laws of the political genre required Putin to fake his outrage at the rampant fascism in Ukraine, exposing the duplicity of Western politicians and democratic journalists on the issue of their attitude to fascism, although he himself realizes that, EVERYWHERE, as in 1938, European oligarchs and politicians will go to the closest alliance with fascist nationalists to achieve their goals in the East.

Moreover, as historical practice has shown, such fascist organizations, and even Hitler's, can be manipulated for quite a long time, exploiting the illusions of their leaders about the achievability of their goals. Fascism was nurtured and always encouraged by the leadership of democratic colonial empires as long as the actions of fascist leaders corresponded to the strategic interests of the oligarchs of the USA and England in their struggle with Bolshevism for strengthening the world domination of the market imperialist system, in which they had long been dominant. As soon as the fascist bloc began to go beyond the line of “red flags”, the military-industrial complex of the U.S.A. and England gladly gave the command “fac” to their armed forces.

Based on the experience of the Arab Spring, the Western politicians who paid for the Maidan believed that the first act of the performance would end, as in Libya, with Yanukovych's physical mutilation. But Putin quite unexpectedly “hid” the legitimacy of Ukraine, Yanukovych, in Rostov-on-Don. So there is a chance that Ukraine's legitimate president will ride into Donetsk on a white horse and declare it the temporary capital of Ukraine and invite troops from one of the friendly countries to restore constitutional order.

Western politicians assumed that in the second act of the play about the revolution, when the Euro-dollar rain into the pockets of Muzychka, Tyahnybok and Yarosh would be cut off, the entire Ukrainian fascism would again turn into an army of guest workers. Many especially dedicated journalists and liberals realized that the entire “Right Sector” would run headlong into the rock of moneylessness and would not be able to feed on the Maidan for a month. The entire nationalist stream would immediately go into the sand, and the vapor of their slogans would blow a farewell whistle.

Therefore, ridding Ukraine of the Right Sector and its leaders is not difficult for the Western puppeteers. But, in connection with the events in Southeast Ukraine, the Kiev putschists and their Western patrons have postponed for the time being the task of destroying the local fascists in order to once again use the cannon fodder of the Right Sector to defeat the population of Southeast Ukraine. And the shooting of Right Sector leaders can be continued after the cleansing of ethnic Russians from eastern Ukraine, thereby disavowing all of Putin's accusations of Western tolerance for fascism. Having washed off the fascism of the Right Sector, the Kiev junta will quietly hand over Ukraine to be divided between the US and EU oligarchs, as was the plan to overthrow Yanukovych.

So, the talk about Ukrainian fascism is just PR applied by Putin to make life a little more difficult for the leaders of Western countries and to justify the expansionist policy of the Russian bourgeoisie. One would have to be immensely naive to portray the case as if the market-democratic Russian Federation had sincerely decided to fight Ukrainian fascism, much less to think that there is fascism in Ukraine, in the long run, capable of accomplishing anything like the deeds of the Third Reich. Putin's relatively decisive actions in the Ukrainian issue are due to the ambitious president's unwillingness to see NATO moving closer to Russia's western borders, his unwillingness to see NATO anti-aircraft systems no longer in Poland, but in Donbass. If Nemtsov or Navalny, Sobchak or Alekseeva had been president of the Russian Federation at that moment, the U.S. missile defense would have moved towards the borders of China and North Korea as early as February 22, 2014.

So, none of the modern politicians, except Yatsenyuk, Tyahnybok and Turchinov, are afraid of Ukrainian fascism, because with the biggest stretch the entire Zamaydan army can be compared to the crowds of the Taliban. But this does not mean that the fascist threat does not exist.

If the majority of people had a diatomical approach to the study of political phenomena, they would focus their attention not on swastikas, “tridents”, slogans, uniforms, statements and personalities, but on the essence of the phenomenon. In this case, our readers would not be able to find ANY significant differences between the politics and economics of the supposedly democratic USA, Great Britain, France and fascist Germany.

It doesn't take any science to call Germany fascist or Nazi because Hitler called it so, and to call the USA and England democratic because, for example, Roosevelt or Churchill called them so.

The main reason for the tolerant attitude of the oligarchy and political elite of the West to all modern manifestations of Ukrainian “fascism”, especially to their embryonic and local forms and scales, is that the oligarchs, the largest politicians of the most developed democratic market countries, know very well about themselves that they have always implemented and are implementing simply fascist policy.

Britain and the United States differ from fascist Germany only in that Hitler divulged everything that the rest of the oligarchs and politicians of the West had done in silence throughout their history. They often try to make fascism in Germany look unique in terms of the practice and scale of persecution of Jews. Who can prove today that the inhabitants of Masada slaughtered themselves? Do we have to blindly believe ancient Jewish texts? Was Rome disadvantaged by such a version? The enemy is dead and there are no guilty parties. On the other hand, one may think that the Romans, having destroyed Carthage, treated its population humanely, as well as the remnants of Hannibal's army. The main thing is that the city was conquered, and its population will no longer bother Rome. And Carthage or Masadus is not important to the Romans. If the Roman legions decimation of their own soldiers did not cause the slightest difficulty, what prevented the Romans to cut out a tiny number of inhabitants who overestimated the impregnability of their fortress and, on this basis, behaved disrespectfully towards Rome? What would have happened if all opponents of Rome, like the inhabitants of Masada, had always slaughtered themselves. Could this have deprived the Italians of their conquering appetites and caused an attack of burning conscience?

But demonization of Germany alone is beneficial today for all those whose real history is not inferior to the fascist one, in terms of the intensity of destruction and enslavement of peoples, including the Jewish one. Talking about Ukrainian fascism can only affect those unformed minds who forget the biblical evidence of the centuries-long slave past of the Jews in Egypt, who do not remember the colonial policy of ancient Greece, Rome in Palestine, the peripeteia of the Jews in Spain, in England, the Jewish pogroms in Russia, described by Denikin. And how did the conquests and slavery organized by the oligarchs of Germany differ fundamentally from the conquests of Portugal, Spain, France, and finally England in all parts of the world? Maybe the Turkish authorities treated the Armenians differently? Why should the persecution of Jews in Germany overshadow the similar history of Jews in Portugal, Spain, England, especially since these countries are responsible for the extermination of many other peoples of Asia and Africa, the extermination of many indigenous peoples in the Americas and the use of the lands of the exterminated peoples as their living spaces.

But, if we take into account that Germany was much later than all European nations on the path of colonialism and, in a short period of time, tried to realize exactly what other nations had been doing for many centuries, then it becomes understandable the desire of politicians of England and the United States and developed countries to shift the horrors of their centuries-long fascism and genocide to scapegoats of German origin, and to make the Holocaust the only case of genocide of Jews.

There are no newsreels of the invasion of the Americas by the Conquistadors, Dutch, French and English. There are no newsreels of the English genocide in India, in Africa. And the atrocities of the German fascists are recorded on film in a significant volume. This also gives a moral right to modern English and American politicians to point their fingers at the Germans, “forgetting” to admit to the world that the wholesale extermination of some ethnic groups, ditches filled with scalped Indians, this is all the history of fascism of Portugal, Spain, England and France.

In other words, fascism in Germany would never have taken place if everything that German fascism did had not been recognized as beneficial to all the leading colonial, i.e. fascist, powers of the West. FASCISM IN UKRAINE IN 2013 WOULD NOT HAVE RAISED ITS HEAD IF IT HAD NOT BEEN BENEFICIAL, FIRST OF ALL, TO THE FASCISTS OF THE USA.

For science, it does not matter at all who and how one explains the events taking place. There can be only one scientific point of view on things, and it must not contradict the broad social-historical practice. Any conquest is an act, which is not different in its content and essence from what later became known as fascism, whether it is a crusade or the U.S. war in Vietnam.

The practice of events in Ukraine allows us to draw a conclusion: fascism should be judged not by who calls themselves and what they call themselves, who hangs a pot with a swastika on their empty head, but by WHO today, due to economic reasons, is forced to raise the question of the “golden billion”, WHO, due to the mass of its economy, not only claims, but actually step by step absorbs the material and labor resources of once sovereign peoples.

Hitler always openly spoke out for the world domination of German capital. But Hitler's statements differ only in a very minor way, stylistically, from, for example, Brzezinski's passages, formulated by him after the collapse of the USSR, about the expansion and strengthening of the world domination of US monopolies. Are these revelations the reason for the hastiness with which the euro zone was formed in the EU? It is precisely the threat that the US is going to extend the practice of strengthening its world domination to all European dwarf countries. Even European citizens realized that only by forming the United States of EUROPE, clamping the population of Eastern Europe in the grip of low wages, the European oligarchs would be able to resist the US policy. And all European citizens started to save their native oligarchs.

And silly are those people who shudder at the word combination “Ukrainian fascism”, who look with horror at their leader, “rabbit”, but are not afraid to pray to the USA, i.e. are not afraid to repeat the fate of the Indians of the USA, i.e. are not afraid to become victims of the policy, which in its own way is a “rabbit”. to become victims of the policy, which by its CONTENT and SUBSTANCE is a concentrated form of all that Hitler talked about, and what the US oligarchs have always silently done, including arming Hitler's idiots for the march to Stalingrad and back.

Of course, there will be some liberals, including those of Jewish nationality, who will try to prove that the US and the EU do not fall under the definition of fascism. They will begin to whine that the word fascism comes from the Italian word “fascio”... etc. But even the danger of reviving Babi Yar with American money can't teach them anything.

We say that even if some part of uneducated Western Ukrainian youth and old Ukrainian SS men who are out of their minds repeat everything that Shukhevych did, you should keep in mind that if you start to fight against this local fascism, you will immediately have to fight against its fathers and sponsors, i.e. the USA and the EU.

So, there is both “fascism” and fascism in Ukraine. And the real fascism in Ukraine is not Ukrainian. It is imported. The feet of some part of mentally neglected Ukrainians are led by American fascists, who pursue the goal of establishing world domination of US oligarchs. It is ridiculous to think that Ukraine, if we adequately assess its “fascist” economy and the level of training of the Yaroshugend command staff, is capable of accomplishing anything that the United States will not want, let alone pay for.

Moreover, American oligarchs became fascists not because of their mental illness, as it became, for example, with Sashko Bily, but because they are sincerely devoted to the idea of market democratic economy, which inevitably, through competition and uneven development, allows one group of oligarchs to climb to the top, and puts them in front of the need to devour other people's living spaces. Moreover, in a market economy, if you don't eat your neighbors, they will start eating you, i.e. by implementing the usual fascism, but not saying it out loud, because... their mouths are busy.

Therefore, if someone sincerely wants to defeat fascism by fighting the Ukrainian “Taliban”, they belong in the children's sandbox. Especially if someone thinks that by defeating Ukrainian “fascism” he will defeat fascism.

ЕСТЬ ЛИ ФАШИЗМ НА УКРАИНЕ?

Многие украинцы, в том числе и восточных областей, не понимают, что, современная степень развития производительных сил общества, сложность системы международных рыночных и политических отношений, исключает прогрессивное социальное переустройство общества на основе националистических чувств, эмоциональной жажды справедливости и религиозных моральных установок, а тем более, трескучих лозунгов, продиктованных и оплаченных… хищниками из США. На нынешней стадии общественного развития прогрессивная трансформация общества возможна лишь при соединении широкого народного движения с НАУЧНО состоятельной стратегией борьбы против пороков современной рыночной демократической жизни. Устранить тиранию рыночных олигархических отношений можно, если существует и доведена до массового сознания, прежде всего, пролетариев умственного и физического труда, точная научная модель прогрессивных общественных отношений, и доказано наличие зрелых объективных предпосылок для установления этих отношений.

Но, естественно, ни элита США, ни эксперты ЕС не являются носителями научного мировоззрения по вопросам прогресса. Иначе, как объяснить подчинение всей экономической жизни Запада, например, кризисной цикличности, диктату биржи, милитаризму и захватническим войнам? О какой рыночной экономической науке можно вести речь, если именно биржевым сводкам отдается главное предпочтение, и именно игра на бирже раз за разом приводит мировую финансовую систему и отрасли реальной экономики мира в разбалансированное состояние, вгоняя её в кризисы и войны ради передела кусков рынка.

Редко кто из граждан Украины понимал когда, ломая ногти, они выковыривали из мостовой булыжники, подносили их молодым ОУНовцам, что навязанная им борьба за «европейство», приведет миллионы украинцев в ещё большую социальную яму, к гражданской войне, к возложению на себя, наряду с рыночным олигархическим гнетом, гнета националистических, откровенных бандитствующих вождюков и мировых кредитных учреждений? Естественно, многие верили в улучшение. Но, даже свергнув Януковича и оказавшись в ещё более трагической ситуации, миллионы украинцев так и не поняли, что выбрали тупиковые методы и направление борьбы, что борьба американских олигархов за глобальное насаждение демократии, вбивание бомбами идей рыночной демократии в сознание народов Югославии, Ирака, Афганистана, Ливии есть главное условие обеспечения тирании олигархов, прежде всего, США в мировой экономике, в том числе и на Украине.

Эмоциональные вопли вождей были рассчитаны лишь на пробуждение в замайданцах эмоций, яростных желаний при, пока ещё, относительно полном желудке. Но теперь наступила фаза отрезвляющих действий, прежде всего, Турчинова, Порубия, Авакова и Яроша по проведению экзекуций в восточных областях и свертыванию социальных элементов экономики Украины. А карательные акции, сокращение пенсий и повышение окладов военным, это уже не слова. Это, прежде всего, бессмысленная и бесславная гибель многих из тех, кто будет их выполнять. Эти экзекуции будут способствовать дальнейшему превращению украинских пролетариев, особенно восточных областей, в политически наиболее грамотную и организованную силу всей Украины на фронте борьбы против ужасов и мерзости капитализма.

В сложившихся условиях, даже Татьяна Миткова заговорила на НТВ словами Ленина о том, что события на Украине дошли до пункта, когда налицо общенациональный кризис, при котором «низы не хотят, а верхи уже не могут».

КАКОЙ ФАШИЗМ ОПАСЕН, КОТОРЫЙ ОТКРЫТО ВОПИТ О СЕБЕ НА МАЙДАНЕ, ИЛИ КОТОРЫЙ МОЛЧА ЕГО ОСУЩЕСТВЛЯЕТ, НАПРИМЕР, НА УОЛЛ-СТРИТЕ?

Сходство украинских событий с фашистским спектаклем состоит в том, что, во-первых, десятки миллионов граждан Украины продолжают ПАССИВНО наблюдать за «борьбой» сотен тысяч граждан и все искренне не понимают, что им делать в этой ситуации. А объяснить НЕКОМУ. Во-вторых, как и во всяком спектакле, где артисты заучивают чужие тексты, и профессионально изображают чувства, большинство прозападных «вождей» Майдана озвучивают оплаченные лозунги и лишь изображают горячие чувства к Украине, а людей, которые называют себя коммунистами, не видно, как будто их вообще нет, ни на Украине, ни в РФ.

Большинство телезрителей продолжают не замечать, что между сюжетом и текстами, звучащими с мониторов, есть большое противоречие. Руководители большинства развитых стран разглагольствуют о своей приверженности демократии, но реальные сцены данного спектакля, объективно, посвящены похоронам буржуазной демократии на Украине при активном участии местных фашистов в приведении Бабьего Яра опять в рабочее состояние.

Информационное пространство буквально вопиет об украинском фашизме, но некоторые российские политики, журналисты, рок-музыканты, в том числе и еврейской национальности, на протяжении все майданной эпопеи, так сочувственно воспевали героизм фашистов «правого сектора», будто не слыхали обещаний «шарфюреров» замайданцев, освободить Украину от всех «неукраинцев», а не только от чистокровных москалей.

Более того, каждый раз когда представитель РФ при ООН пытался обратить внимание членов Совета Безопасности на угрозу со стороны украинских фашистов, никто из представителей ЕС и США ни разу не выказал ни малейшей обеспокоенности по этому поводу. Даже Меркель, когда Путин затрагивал эту тему в своих выступлениях, лишь терпеливо потупив голову ждала конца выступления, которое докучало ей не более знаменитой мухи на лбу Обамы. Все её естество выражало мысль: «Господи, ну какой на Украине может быть фашизм. О чем вы говорите, герр Путин».

И она, как ни странно, была права. Фашизм, который имел место, например, в Италии, Германии, а потом был принят Австрией, Словакией, Венгрией, Румынией, Хорватией, Францией, Прибалтикой…, т.е. практически всей Европой, на современной Украине невозможен. Хотя желание некоторой части украинцев поиграть в фашистов, может быть, больше и острее, чем у Геббельса.

Очевидно, сознавая невозможность достижения Украиной гитлеровских результатов и масштабов, журналисты, в том числе и еврейской национальности, и ведущие политики Запада спокойно, временами, любовно относились к украинским коричневым, раздавали им «печинки» лишь потому, что украинским националистам, с самого начала, была запланирована роль… козлов отпущения, мавров, которых можно в любой момент «уйти». В истории Европы, политики часто искали и находили тупого и недорогого «мавра», способного сделать любое грязное дело, а затем этого «мавра» убирали, как Хусейна, Музычку.

Меркель с Обамой это знают, но время говорить об этом вслух еще не наступило. Даже, если бы в разгар борьбы против Януковича, «правый сектор» возглавил бы сам Шухевич, то и тогда, западная пресса и журналисты спокойно досмотрели первый акт украинского спектакля до крымской импровизации, как это делал Черчилль после прихода Гитлера к власти в Германии, начиная с Мюнхенского сговора и вплоть до, немало огорчившей его, битвы под Москвой. Современные политики неоколониалистской ориентации всегда отчетливо понимали, что без западных денег и положительных «паблисити» демократических журналистов, в том числе и Киселева с Шустером, украинские фашисты, да и немецкие в 1933 году, не продержались бы и недели.

Разумеется, это знал и Путин, но он акцентировал внимание мировой общественности на фашизации украинского националистического движения лишь ради того, чтобы усложнить работу западным политикам и их журналистам. Имея свои планы, Путин предвидел, какие обвинения будут выдвинуты конкурентами после присоединений Крыма к РФ. Путин не мог не догадываться, что он будет обвинен ведущими мировыми политиками и российскими либералами в крайней агрессивности, в попытках использовать исторический опыт «аншлюса» Австрии или Судет. И все эти обвинения, действительно, прозвучали. Но их было бы труднее отбивать, если бы Путин первым не обратил внимание мировой общественности на фашистскую риторику «правого сектора» и, следовательно, антифашистский характер внешней политики Кремля, защищающего крымчан от фашистов.

Путин ждал от украинских фашистов, когда у них возникнет первое головокружение от успехов. И дождался. Если бы у украинских фашистов в зобу не сперло дыхание от известия, что законного президента нет на территории Украины, что они победили, если бы они не заявили, что начнут изживать всё неукраинское на территории Украины и, прежде всего, всё москальское, начиная с языка, то Восточная Украина и Крым и не подумали бы воспользоваться бегством Януковича. Но поскольку людям стало ясно, какую политику поведут украинские националисты на территории Восточной Украины и в Крыму, постольку повсеместно стало возникать четко мотивированное недовольство поощрительным отношением киевской хунты к нацизму «правого сектора». Только после того, «как плод созрел», Путин, в своей «антифашистской борьбе» мог рассчитывать на поддержку миллионов обеспокоенных граждан Украины и, прежде всего, в Крыму.

Все, и Обама, и Бжезинский, и Меркель, и Путин, понимали, что украинские националисты, при любом развороте событий, лишены возможности хоть в малейшей степени повторить германский опыт и превратиться в новую серьезную фашистскую угрозу в Европе. Только лидеры украинских националистов, в силу своего, типичного для всех националистов, нижайшего уровня умственного развития, не понимали, что им позволят немного поиграть в фашистов лишь в первом акте украинской драмы, а потом устранят их из игры самым стандартным способом, как только надобность в них отпадет.

Путин не строил никаких иллюзий относительно того, что Меркель, как только узнает со слов Путина о фашистских проявлениях на Майдане, движимая угрызением совести, применит самые решительные санкции против «замайданцев». Но законы политического жанра требовали от Путина инсценировать своё возмущение разгулом фашизма на Украине, обнажая двурушничество западных политиков и демократических журналистов по вопросу их отношения к фашизму, хотя он и сам понимает, что, ВСЕГДА, как и в 1938 году, европейские олигархи и политики пойдут на самый тесный союз с фашиствующими националистами ради достижения своих целей на Востоке.

Более того, подобными фашистскими организациями, и даже гитлеровскими, как показала историческая практика, можно манипулировать достаточно продолжительное время, эксплуатируя иллюзии их вождей относительно достижимости их целей. Фашизм выкармливался и всегда поощрялся руководством демократических колониальных империй до тех пор, пока действия фашистских лидеров соответствовали стратегическим интересам олигархов США и Англии в их борьбе с большевизмом за укрепление мирового господства рыночной империалистической системы, в которой они уже давно занимали доминирующее положение. Как только фашистский блок начинал выходить за линию «красных флажков», военно-промышленный комплекс США и Англии с удовольствием давал команду «фас» своим вооруженным силам.

Исходя из опыта «арабских весен», западные политики, оплачивавшие Майдан, считали, что первый акт спектакля закончится, как и в Ливии, физическим растерзанием Януковича. Но Путин совершенно неожиданно «спрятал» легитимность Украины, Януковича, у себя, в Ростове-на-Дону. Поэтому существует шанс, что законный президент Украины въедет в Донецк на белом коне и объявит его временной столицей Украины и пригласит войска одной из дружественных стран для восстановления конституционного порядка.

Западные политики предполагали, что во втором акте спектакля о революции, когда будет перекрыт евро-долларовый дождь в карманы Музычки, Тягнибока и Яроша, весь украинский фашизм опять превратится в армию гастарбайтеров. Многие особо посвященные журналисты и либералы понимали, что весь «правый сектор» налетит мордой «на скалу» безденежья и месяца не прокормится на Майдане. Весь националистический поток тут же уйдет в песок, а пар их лозунгов в прощальный свисток.

Поэтому, избавление Украины от «правого сектора» и его вождей, для западных кукловодов не составляет никакой сложности. Но, в связи с событиями на Юго-Востоке Украины, киевские путчисты и их западные покровители отложили на время выполнение задачи уничтожения местных фашистов, чтобы еще раз использовать пушечное мясо «правого сектора» для победы над населением Юго-Восток а Украины. А отстрел вождей «правого сектора», можно продолжить и после зачистки востока Украины от этнических русских, тем самым, дезавуировав все обвинения Путина о терпимости Запада к фашизму. Отмывшись от фашизма «правого сектора», киевская хунта спокойно передаст Украину для раздела её между олигархами США и ЕС, как это и было заложено в план свержения Януковича.

Так что, разговоры об украинском фашизме, есть лишь PR, примененный Путиным для небольшого усложнения жизни руководителей Западных стран и оправдания экспансионистской политики российской буржуазии. Нужно обладать бездной наивности, чтобы изображать дело так, будто рыночная демократическая РФ искренне решила бороться с украинским фашизмом и, тем более, думать, что на Украине есть фашизм, в перспективе, способный осуществить хоть что-то, подобное деяниям третьего рейха. Относительно решительные действия Путина в украинском вопросе обусловлены нежеланием амбициозного президента приближения НАТО к западным границам РФ, его нежеланием видеть зенитные комплексы НАТО уже не в Польше, а в Донбассе. Если бы в этот момент президентом РФ был бы Немцов или Навальный, Собчак или Алексеева, то противоракетная оборона США, уже 22 февраля 2014 года двигалась бы в направлении к границам КНР и КНДР.

Так что, никто из современных политиков, кроме Яценюка, Тягнибока и Турчинова не боится украинского фашизма потому, что с самой большой натяжкой все замайданное войско можно сравнить с толпами талибана. Но это не означает, что фашистской угрозы не существует.

Если бы большинство людей обладали диаматическим подходом к исследованию политических явлений, то они сосредоточили бы своё внимание не на свастике, «тризубах», лозунгах, униформе, заявлениях и персоналиях, а на сущности явления. В этом случае нашим читателям не удалось бы найти НИКАКИХ существенных отличий между политикой и экономикой, якобы, демократических США, Великобритании, Франции и фашистской Германии.

Не нужно никакой науки, чтобы называть Германию фашистской или нацистской потому, что так её назвал Гитлер, а США и Англию называть демократической потому, что так их называли, например, Рузвельт или Черчилль.

Самая главная причина терпимого отношения олигархитета и политической элиты Запада ко всем современным проявлениям украинского «фашизма», тем более к их зародышевым и местечковым формам и масштабам, в том, что именно олигархи, крупнейшие политики наиболее развитых демократических рыночных стран, отлично знают про себя то, что именно они всегда осуществляли и осуществляют просто фашистскую политику.

Англия и США отличаются от фашистской Германии лишь тем, что Гитлер разболтал всё то, что всю свою историю остальные олигархи и политики Запада делали молча. Часто фашизм Германии пытаются выставить уникальным, с точки зрения практики и масштабов преследования евреев. Кто может сегодня доказать, что жители Масада зарезали сами себя? Нужно слепо верить древним еврейским текстам? А разве Риму была невыгодна такая версия? И враг мертв, и виновных нет. С другой стороны, можно подумать, что римляне, разрушив Карфаген, обошлись с его населением гуманно, как и с остатками войска Ганнибала. Главное, город был завоеван, а население его больше не будет докучать Риму. А Карфаген это или Масад римлянам не важно. Если уж в римских легионах децимация собственных солдат не вызывала ни малейших сложностей, то, что мешало римлянам вырезать ничтожное количество жителей, переоценивших неприступность своей крепости и, на этом основании, ведших себя неучтиво по отношению к Риму? Что было бы, если бы все противники Рима, как жители Масада, всегда сами резали себя. Могло ли это лишить итальянцев завоевательских аппетитов и вызвать приступ жгучей совести?

Но демонизация одной Германии выгодна сегодня всем, чья реальная история не уступает фашистской, с точки зрения интенсивности уничтожения и закабаления народов, в том числе и еврейского. Разговоры об Украинском фашизме могут подействовать только на те неокрепшие умы, кто забывает библейское свидетельство о многовековом рабском прошлом иудеев в Египте, кто не помнит о колониальной политике древней Греции, Рима в Палестине, перипетии иудеев в Испании, в Англии, еврейские погромы в России, описанные Деникиным. А чем завоевания и рабство, организованное олигархами Германии, отличалось принципиально от завоеваний Португалии, Испании, Франции и, наконец, Англии во всех частях света? Может турецкие власти отнеслись иначе к армянам? Почему гонение на евреев в Германии должно затмить аналогичную историю евреев в Португалии, Испании, Англии, тем более что за этими странами числится истребление, местами поголовное, многих других народов Азии и Африки, истребление многих коренных народов на Американском континенте и использование земель истребленных народов в качестве своих жизненных пространств.

Но, если учесть, что Германия намного позже всех европейских народов встала на путь колониализма и, всего на всего, попыталась в короткий срок осуществить точно то, что другие народы осуществляли в течение многих веков, то становится понятным стремление политиков Англии и США и развитых стран переложить ужасы своего многовекового фашизма и геноцида на козлов отпущения германского происхождения, а холокост сделать единственным случаем геноцида евреев.

Нет кинохроники нашествия конкистадоров, голландцев, французов и англичан на Америку. Нет кинохроники английского геноцида в Индии, в Африке. А злодеяния немецких фашистов на кинопленке зафиксированы в значительном объеме. Это тоже дает моральное право современным английским и американским политикам тыкать пальчиком в немцев, «забывая» признаться миру, что поголовное уничтожение некоторых этносов, рвы, заваленные скальпированными индейцами, это все история фашизма Португалии, Испании, Англии, Франции.

Иными словами, фашизм в Германии никогда не состоялся, если бы все, что делал фашизм Германии не было бы признано полезным для всех ведущих колониальных, т.е. фашистских держав Запада. ФАШИЗМ НА УКРАИНЕ В 2013 ГОДУ НЕ ПОДНЯЛ БЫ ГОЛОВУ, ЕСЛИ БЫ ОН НЕ БЫЛ ВЫГОДЕН, ПРЕЖДЕ ВСЕГО, ФАШИСТАМ США.

Для науки совершенно неважно, кто и как объясняет происходящие события. Научная точка зрения на вещи может быть только одна, и она должна не противоречить широкой общественно-исторической практике. Любой завоевательский поход есть акт, ничем не отличающийся по своему содержанию и сущности от того, что позже стали называть фашизмом, будь то крестовый поход или война США во Вьетнаме.

Практика событий на Украине позволяет сделать вывод: о фашизме следует судить не по тому, кто сам себя и как называет, кто цепляет на свою пустую голову кастрюлю со свастикой, а по тому, КТО сегодня в силу экономических причин вынужден поднимать вопрос о «золотом миллиарде», КТО в силу массы своей экономики не только претендует, но и реально шаг за шагом поглощает материальные и трудовые ресурсы некогда суверенных народов.

Гитлер всегда откровенно высказывался за мировое господство немецкого капитала. Но выступления Гитлера лишь самым незначительным образом, стилистикой, отличаются, например, от пассажей Бжезинского, сформулированных им после развала СССР, о расширении и укреплении мирового господства монополий США. Именно этими откровениями и обусловлена скоропостижность, с которой образована зона евро в ЕС? Именно угрозой того, что практику усиления своего мирового господства США собираются распространить и на все европейские карликовые страны. Даже европейские обыватели поняли, что, только образовав Соединенные Штаты ЕВРОПЫ, зажав в тиски низких зарплат население Восточной Европы, европейские олигархи смогут противостоять политике США. И все европейские обыватели принялись спасать своих родных олигархов.

И глупенькими являются те люди, которые вздрагивают от словосочетания «украинский фашизм», кто с ужасом смотрит на их предводителя, «кролика», но не боятся молиться на США, т.е. не боятся повторить судьбу индейцев США, т.е. стать жертвами политики, которая по своему СОДЕРЖАНИЮ и СУЩНОСТИ и является концентрированной формой всего того, о чем болтал Гитлер, и что всегда молча делали олигархи США, в том числе и вооружая гитлеровских идиотов для похода до Сталинграда и обратно.

Разумеется, среди либералов, в том числе еврейской национальности найдутся такие, которые попытаются доказать, что США и ЕС не подпадают по сути под определение фашизма. Начнут канючить, что, дескать, слово фашизм происходит от итальянского «фашио»… и т.д. Но таких даже опасность возрождения Бабьего Яра на американские деньги ничему научить не может.

Мы же говорим, что, даже, если какая-то часть необразованной западно-украинской молодежи и выжившие из ума старые украинские эсэсовцы повторяют все то, что делал Шухевич, нужно иметь в виду, что, начав бороться с этим местечковым фашизмом, вам тут же придется бороться с его папеньками и спонсорами, т.е. с США и ЕС.

Так что, на Украине есть и «фашизм» и фашизм. Причем настоящий фашизм на Украине не украинский. Он импортный. Ногами некоторой части умственно запущенных украинцев водят американские фашисты, преследующие цель установления мирового господства олигархов США. Смешно думать, что Украина, если адекватно оценивать её «фашистскую» экономику и уровень подготовки командного состава ярошюгенда, способна осуществить что-либо из того, чего не захотят, а тем более, не оплатят США.

Причем, американские олигархи стали фашистами не в силу своего психического нездоровья, как это стало, например, с Сашко Билым, а в силу того, что они искренне преданы идее рыночной демократической экономики, которая неизбежно, через конкуренцию и неравномерное развитие, позволяет одной из групп олигархов взобраться на самый верх, и ставит их перед необходимостью пожирать чужие жизненные пространства. Причем, в рыночной экономике, если не будешь поедать своих ближних ты, они начнут поедать тебя, т.е. осуществляя обыкновенный фашизм, но не говоря об этом вслух, поскольку… рот занят.

Поэтому, если кто-то искренне хочет победить фашизм, борясь с украинским «талибаном», то ему место в детской песочнице. Тем более, если кто-то думает, что победив украинский «фашизм», он победит фашизм.

Если, в первый раз, когда Германия взяла верх над Францией в 1871 году, на нее были наложены репарации в размере 5 миллиардов франков золотом, то уже во втором противостоянии репарации были наложены на Германию и уже в куда большем размере, и составляли сумму, эквивалентную 100 000 тонн золота. Для сравнения: в Форт-Ноксе хранится восемь тысяч тонн. Германия завершила выплату репараций за Первую мировую войну только аж 3 октября 2010 года. То есть, если посмотреть через призму истории, то становится понятно, что с каждым разом, когда эти страны сменяли друг друга в борьбе за лидерство в континентальной Европе, тектоника событий увеличивалась на порядки, разжигая таким образом межнациональные противоречия.

После Второй мировой войны это противостояние не вылилось в форму военных конфликтов. Напряжение было снято и благодаря тому, что по настоянию тогдашнего руководства Советского Союза репарации для Германии были ограничены 20 миллиардами долларов США. Половина пошла в пользу СССР, вторая половина – остальным участникам антигитлеровской коалиции. Это было каплей в море, так как одному только Советскому Союзу был нанесен ущерб в размере 360 миллиардов долларов. Таким образом, один из факторов противоречий был нивелирован. Европа обрела долгожданный мир.

Cold War, Beginning
In 2020, the world celebrated the 75th anniversary of the victory over fascism, made possible by the efforts of the Soviet people and state. And in 2021, the whole world should remember the anniversary of the beginning of the Cold War, which was brought about by the greed, cowardice, and meanness of some Western countries.



There are many meanings of the term "Cold War. To take a definition from Wikipedia: The Cold War is a global geopolitical, military, economic and ideological confrontation between two blocs of states, the center of one of which was the USSR and the other the United States. Officially, the beginning of the Cold War is considered a speech Winston Churchill gave less than a year after the end of World War II on March 5, 1946, at Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, USA. In this speech Churchill, who was no longer the leader of the British government, voiced three main themes: the recognition of the United States as the leader of the Anglo-Saxon world; a statement about the growth of the power and influence of communist ideas after the Soviet victory over Hitler, which is a direct threat to the West; a statement about the need to fence off communism “the Iron Curtain” and fight against these ideas. Everything here is surprising.

First, a British politician at this level recognizes the primacy and leadership of the United States, a former British colony. This is simply because the United States has a nuclear bomb. Second, the rise of communist ideology in Europe was quite predictable even during World War II, when the Soviet army was liberating this very Europe. Churchill could not fail to understand this. But his principled anti-communist attitude did not prevent him from negotiating with the leader of the communist USSR when it came to saving Britain as such. Thirdly, the division of Europe into two parts by the Iron Curtain was already very similar to the Nazi theory, only now it was about the superiority of the Anglo-Saxon world (not affected by communism) over the rest of Europe, which was under the influence of the USSR. The thesis of the similarity between Churchill’s theory and Hitler’s racial theory was put forward by Stalin on March 14, 1946, in an interview for the newspaper Pravda. It was a kind of response to Churchill’s speech. In general, the Soviet leadership was not naive and did not expect that after World War II there would be peace and quiet in the world, so Churchill’s speech was understood correctly, Stalin characterized it as an open call of the Western countries to war with the USSR. The challenge was accepted by the Soviets. The Cold War had begun.

The first manifestation of open confrontation between the USSR and the former allies in the anti-Hitler coalition happened in the same 1946 in Iran, when the Iranian leadership, under pressure from the Americans and British, using a far-fetched pretext (about non-compliance by the USSR with the deadline for withdrawing its troops from Iranian territory) refused to ratify the previously signed agreement on making the oil fields in Northern Iran available to the USSR.

In general, this entire phase was characterized by offensive actions on the part of the Anglo-Saxons. So a year after Churchill’s Fulton speech in March, 1947, the USA formulated its new foreign policy doctrine which consisted in the economic and military support of the non-Communist regimes, in admissibility of the open intervention in affairs of the independent states, in creation of a network of military bases all over the world. Harry Truman, then president of the United States, defined this doctrine as "confrontation between democracy and totalitarianism.

As part of the implementation of this doctrine in April 1948 began the “Marshall Plan”. This plan was put forward in 1947 by U.S. Secretary of State George Marshall. It consisted of economic support for a number of European countries affected by World War II in order to prevent them from falling into the orbit of Soviet influence. Seventeen European countries participated in this plan. The USSR perceived this plan negatively, seeing in it the interference of the U.S. leadership in the affairs of European countries.

Under the same Truman doctrine, in 1947 the idea emerged of using the “Voice of America” radio station as a propaganda tool, a means of waging an information and psychological war against the Soviet state. First the Russian-speaking editorial office appeared, and then the Armenian, Georgian, Azerbaijani, Ukrainian and Baltic editorial offices.

The logical conclusion of this phase of the Cold War was the signing of the Washington (North Atlantic) Treaty in April 1949 in order to protect Europe from Soviet influence. On the basis of this treaty, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization - NATO - began to function. The organization consisted of 12 states: Belgium, Great Britain, Denmark, Iceland, Italy, Canada, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, the U.S. and France. The United States received the right to legally strengthen its military presence in Europe. In fact, NATO is focused on countering the USSR.

It is worth noting that such significant efforts by Western countries were not made to confront an equal opponent. So much effort was expended by the U.S. to counteract the war-ravaged USSR. Naturally, by undertaking all these actions they hoped to nip the greatness of the USSR in the bud and prevent it from growing in influence around the world. Возьмем определение из Википедии: Холодная война - это глобальное геополитическое, военное, экономическое и идеологическое противостояние между двумя блоками государств, центром одного из которых был СССР, а другого - США. Официально началом Холодной войны принято считать речь Уинстона Черчилля, которую он произнес меньше, чем через год после окончания Второй мировой войны 5 марта 1946 года в Вестминстерском колледже в Фултоне, штат Миссури, США. В этой речи Черчилль, который уже не являлся лидером правительства Великобритании, озвучил три главных темы: признание США лидером англосаксонского мира; констатация роста могущества и влияния коммунистических идей после победы СССР над Гитлером, что является прямой угрозой Западу; заявление о необходимости отгородиться от коммунизма “железным занавесом” и бороться с этими идеями. Тезис о сходстве теории Черчилля с расовой теорией Гитлера был выдвинут Сталиным 14 марта 1946 года в интервью газете “Правда”. Это был своего рода ответ на выступление Черчилля. В общем-то, советское руководство не было наивным и не ожидало, что после Второй мировой войны на планете установятся мир и спокойствие, поэтому речь Черчилля была понята правильно, Сталин охарактеризовал ее как открытый призыв западных стран к войне с СССР. Вызов советской стороной был принят. Холодная война началась.

Так через год после Фултонской речи Черчилля в марте 1947 года США сформулировали свою новую внешнеполитическую доктрину, суть которой заключалась в экономической и военной поддержке некоммунистических режимов, в допустимости открытого вмешательства в дела независимых государств, создании сети военных баз по всему миру. Гарри Трумэн, в тот момент занимавший пост президента США, определил эту доктрину как “противостояние демократии и тоталитаризма”.

В рамках осуществления данной доктрины в апреле 1948 года началась реализация “плана Маршалла”. Этот план в 1947 году выдвинул госсекретарь США Джордж Маршалл. Он заключался в экономической поддержке ряда европейских государств, пострадавших от Второй мировой войны, с целью недопущения их попадания в орбиту влияния СССР. В осуществлении этого плана участвовали 17 европейских стран. СССР воспринял этот план негативно, увидев в нем вмешательства американского руководства в дела европейских стран.

На основе этого договора начала функционировать Организация Североатлантического договора - НАТО. В организацию вошли 12 государств: Бельгия, Великобритания, Дания, Исландия, Италия, Канада, Люксембург, Нидерланды, Норвегия, Португалия, США, Франция. on the elimination of illiteracy among the population

In order to provide the entire population of the Republic with the possibility of conscious participation in the political life of the country, the Council of People's Commissars has decided:

I. All the population of the republic between the ages of 8 and 50 who cannot read or write are obliged to learn literacy in their native or Russian language, if they wish. This education shall be conducted in state schools, both existing and established for the illiterate population according to the plans of the People's Commissariat for Enlightenment.

Note. This paragraph applies to Red Army soldiers, and the corresponding work in military units is carried out with the close participation of the political departments of the Red Army and Navy.

II. The period of liquidation of illiteracy is established by the provincial and city sovdepas according to their affiliation. General plans for the liquidation of illiteracy in the field are drawn up by the organs of the People's Commissariat of Education within two months from the date of publication of this decree.

III. The Narkompros and its local bodies are given the right to engage all the literate population of the country, not conscripted into the army, to teach illiterates by way of labor conscription, with payment for their labor according to the norms of the workers of Enlightenment.

IV. The People's Commissariat of Enlightenment and its local bodies involve all organizations of the working population, such as trade unions, local cells of the R.C.P., the Union of Communist Youth, commissions for work among women, etc., in the work of liquidating illiteracy.

V. Literacy trainees who are employed, with the exception of those employed in militarized enterprises, shall have their working day shortened by two hours for the entire duration of their training, with pay.

VI. To eliminate illiteracy, the bodies of the People's Commissariat of Education are allowed to use people's houses, churches, clubs, private houses, suitable premises in factories, plants, Soviet institutions, etc.

VII. The supplying bodies are obliged to satisfy the requests of institutions aimed at the elimination of illiteracy in preference to other institutions.

VIII. Those who evade the duties established by this decree and those who prevent illiterates from attending schools shall be held criminally liable.

№2. Commissions and meetings of representatives of the organized population (trade unions, the Union of Communist Youth, the Women's Work Department, delegates of women workers under the People's Education Departments, the Village Work Department, etc.), Soviet and Party institutions are organized at the provincial, city, district and volost institutions mentioned in No. 2 in connection with literacy eradication work.

These commissions and meetings meet both to discuss general questions on the eradication of illiteracy and to solve specific practical questions. №4. The plan of work on the liquidation of illiteracy consists in the following: all work should be based on the self-activity of the population itself. At a general meeting of the Out-of-School Sub-Departments, together with representatives of the organized population, Soviet and Party institutions, a general plan for the eradication of illiteracy in a given place is worked out, namely: the technique of counting the literate and illiterate is established, the organization and supply of schools established for the eradication of illiteracy are planned, etc.

a) In order to enable the town and volost subdepartments to calculate correctly the required number of schools and to distribute these schools over the territory depending on the residence of illiterates, it is necessary to find out in the nearest future the number of illiterates in a given district, their residence, sex and age composition.

Out-of-school township sub-departments through party organizations, through the Union of Workers of Education and Socialist Culture and other professional organizations, through the Union of Communist Youth determine personally the number of persons who can be involved in the work to eliminate illiteracy as teachers.

b) The records of illiterates among the organized population are kept by their institutions, and among the unorganized population by the town and township Vneshkolniki Subdepartments. Information about illiterates is recorded in a special register, and a separate register is drawn up for each population or urban district, where the following information is recorded about each illiterate: name and surname, sex, age and occupation. Upon receipt of this information, the town and volost sub-departments determine the required number of schools and their location. Then, together with representatives of the organized population, they work out the grounds necessary for the Gubispolkom to set the terms for the elimination of illiteracy. After considering these proposals, the Gubispolkom develops a general plan for the eradication of illiteracy in the province and publishes it for general information. The deadline for the eradication of illiteracy is set either one day for the whole province or different days for different parts of the province.

№5. At the same time, taking into account the literate and illiterate population, the town and volost sub-departments take measures to open schools for illiterates as soon as possible and to provide these schools with teaching aids and supplies. In order to save time and money, schools of the first series are opened at existing schools of the first and second stages, at institutions of out-of-school population, at party organizations, and in factories.

In the future, when the work of accounting for illiterates is completed, an additional series of schools will be opened in other places, so that every locality capable of producing a group of pupils of at least 15 will have its own school.

№6. According to the general sense of the decree on the elimination of illiteracy, the elimination of illiteracy is to be understood in the sense of teaching illiterates to read, write and count. For these reasons, native language (reading, writing) and elementary mathematics are included in the program of the established schools for the elimination of illiteracy. As for social science, it can be introduced on condition that a communist is assigned to teach it. Detailed programs of the school are sent by the Extracurricular Department of the People's Commissariat of Education additionally.

№7. The time of instruction, the number of days and hours of instruction per week in literacy schools are determined by the Out-of-School Department in accordance with the living conditions of the various strata of the population.

№8. The eradication of illiteracy begins with the younger ages and gradually continues up to the age of majority.

Extracurricular sub-departments, town and township, determine who may be exempted from compulsory literacy instruction.

№9. Short-term congress courses are organized for the training of instructors and teachers in the province, counties and rayons.

№10. Each school has its own school council, which directs the whole life of the school. The council consists of at least four persons - representatives of pupils and students in equal numbers.

№11. The students of the school are divided into groups of 15 - 25 people at the beginning of the classes. In establishing the groups, the age of the students and the degree of development shall be taken into consideration.

№12. Pupils who have passed the school are subjected to tests with regard to their mastery of the mechanism of reading, writing and numeracy. During the tests, in addition to the pupils, representatives of the organized population, Soviet and Party institutions may be present. Those who fail the tests are retaken for a second course.

№13. In order to enable pupils to deepen the knowledge they have acquired at school, it is necessary to introduce them to the use of local institutions of out-of-school education.

№14. Out-of-school sub-departments make timely estimates of expenses on literacy eradication and include this expense in the general estimates of their sub-departments.

Among the expenses on literacy eradication are: maintenance of the personnel invited to the sub-department in connection with literacy eradication work, remuneration of the labor of teachers, maintenance of premises and household expenses, procurement and purchase of textbooks and teaching aids.

№15. When calculating the labor remuneration of students, the norm of the People's Commissariat for Education should be taken. Work on adult education shall not be considered as part-time work.

№16. Every month the provincial, city, district and volost Vneshkolnye Podotdelas submit to their executive committees reports on the progress of work on the elimination of illiteracy, and district and city Vneshkolnye Podotdelas, in addition, every three months submit consolidated reports on the city and district to the Vneshkolnye Podotdelas of the People's Commissariat for Education.

ДЕКРЕТ

о ликвидации безграмотности среди населения
Р.С.Ф.С.Р.

В целях предоставления всему населению республики возможности сознательного участия в политической жизни страны Совет Народных Комисаров постановил:

I. Все население республики в возрасте от 8 до 50 лет, не умеющее читать или писать, обязано учиться грамоте на родном или русском языке, по желанию. Обучение это ведется в государственных школах как существующих, так и учреждаемых для неграмотного населения по планам Народного Комиссариата по Просвещению.

Примечание. Действие этого пункта распространяется на красноармейцев, причем соответственная работа в военных частях производится при ближайшем участии политотделов Красной Армии и Флота.

II. Срок ликвидации безграмотности устанавливается губернскими и городскими совдепами по принадлежности. Общие планы по ликвидации безграмотности на местах составляются органами Наркомпроса в двухмесячный срок со дня опубликования настоящего декрета.

III. Наркомпросу и его местным органам предоставляется право привлекать к обучению неграмотных в порядке трудовой повинности все грамотное население страны, не призванное в войска, с оплатою их труда по нормам работников Просвещения.

IV. К ближайшему участию в работах по ликвидации безграмотности Народным Комиссариатом Просвещения и местными органами его привлекаются все организации трудового населения, как-то: профессиональные союзы, местные ячейки Р.К.П., союз коммунистической мооодежи, комиссии по работе среди женщин и проч.

V. Обучившимся грамоте, работающим по найму за исключеннием занятых в милитаризованных предприятиях, рабочий день сокращается на два часа на все время обучения, с сохранением заработной платы.

VI. Для ликвидации безграмотности органам Народного Комиссариата Просвещения предоставляется использовать народные дома, церкви, клубы, частные дома, подходящие помещения на фабриках, заводах, в советских учреждениях и т.п.

VII. Снабжающим органам вменяется в обязанность удовлетворять запросы учреждений, имеющих целью ликвидацию безграмоности, преимущественно перед другими учреждениями.

VIII. Уклоняющися от установленных настоящим декретом повинностей и препятствующие неграмотным посещать школы привлекаются к уголовной ответственности.

IX. Наркомпросу поручается в двухнедельный срок издать инструкцию по применению настоящего декрета.

ИНСТРУКЦИЯ

о ликвидации безграмотности среди населения Р.С.Ф.С.Р.,
изданная К,К.П.в развитие декрета о ликвидации
безграмотности, от 29 декабря 1919 года

№1. Настоящая инструкция имеет в виду ликвидацию безграмотности среди населения в возрасте от 14-ти до 50-лет, т.-е. той части населения, которая обычно обслуживается учреждениями Внешкольного Образования.

№2. Работа по ликвидации безграмотности среди населения в возрасте от 14-ти до 50-лет выполняется Внешкольным Отделом Н.К.П., губернскими, городскими, уездными и волостными Подотделами Внешкольного Образования совместно с учреждениями организованного населения. Там, где Внешкольных Подотделов не существует, работы по ликвидации безграмотных возлагаются на местные исполкомы.

№3. При указанных в №2 губернских, городских, уездных и волостных учреждениях в связи с производством работ по ликвидации безграмотности организуются комиссии и совещания из представителей организованного населения (профессиональные союзы, союз коммунистической молодежи, отдел по работе среди женщин, делегатки работниц при отделах Народного Образования, отдел по работе в деревне и т.д.), советских и партийных учреждений.

Указанные комиссии и совещания собираются как для обсуждения общих вопросов по ликвидации безграмотности, так и для решения частных практических вопросов. В зависимости от характера вопросов меняется и состав этих комиссий и совещаний, так, например, для обсуждения вопросов ликвидации безграмотности среди городского пролетариата приглашаются, главным образом, представители профессиональных организаций, а для решения вопросов по ликвидации безграмотности среди сельского населения могут привлекаться Отделы по работе в деревне. Для решения вопроса ликвидации безграмоности среди женского пролетариата приглашаются представители профессиональных союзов женских комиссий и т.под.

№4. План работ по ликвидации безграмотности состоит в следующем: вся работа должна базироваться на самодеятельности самого населения. На общем собрании Внешкольных Подотделов совместно с представителями Организованного населения, советвских и партийных учреждений вырабатывается общий план ликвидации безграмотности в данном месте, а именно: устанавливается техника учета грамотных и неграмотных, намечаются организация и снабжение школ, учреждаемых для ликвидации безграмотности и т.п.

а) Для того, чтобы городкие и волостные Внешкольные Подотделы могли правильно исчислить потребное количество школ и правильно распределить эти школы по территории в зависимости от местожительства неграмотных, необходимо в самое ближайшее время выяснить число неграмотных в данном районе, их местожительство, половой и возрастной состав.

Внешкольные горолские волостные Подотделы через партийные организации, через союз работников просвещения и социалистической культуры и другие профессиональные организации, через союз коммунистической молодежи определяют персонально количество лиц, могущих быть привлеченными к работе по ликвидации безграмотности в качестве учащих.

б) Учет неграмотных среди организованного населения производится его учреждениями, а среди неорганизованного населения - городскими и волостными Внешкольными Подотделами. Сведения о неграмотных заносятся в особое ведомости, причем на каждое население или городской район составляется отдельная ведомость, куда заносятся, путем обхода дворов, о каждом неграмотном следующие сведения: имя и фамилия, пол, возраст и занятия. По получении означенных сведений Внешкольными городскими и волостными Подотделами определется потребное количество школ и их местонахождение. Затем совместно с представителями организованного населения вырабатываются основания, необходимые Губисполкому для установки сроков ликвидации безграмоности. При рассмотрении этих предложений Губисполком вырабатывает общий план ликвидации безграмотности по губернии и публикует его во всеобщее сведение. Срок ликвидации безграмотности устанавливается или один день для всей губернии, или разные для различных частей губернии.

№5. Одновременно с учетом грамотного и неграмотного населения Внешкольные городские и волостные Подотделы принимают меры к скорейшему открытию школ для неграмотных и к обеспечению этих школ учебными пособиями и принадлежностями. В целях экономии времени и средств школы первой серии открываются при существующих школах 1ой и 2ой ступени, при учреждениях внешкольного населения, при партийных организациях, на фабриках.

В дальнейшем, когда будет закончена работа по учету неграмотных, открывается дополнительная серия школ в других местах, с таким расчетом, чтобы каждое населенное место, могущее дать группу обучающихся не менее 15 человек, имело свою школу.

№6. Согласно общего смысла декрета о ликвидации безграмотности, ликвидацию безграмотности следует понимать в смысле обучения неграмотных чтению, письму и счету. По этим соображениям в программу учреждаемых школ для ликвидации безграмотности включается родной язык (чтение, письмо) и начальная математика. Что касается обществоведение может вводиться при условии поручения преподавания его коммунисту. Подробные программы школы высылаются Внешкольным Отделом Народного Комиссариата Просвещения дополнительно.

№7. Время обучения, число дней и часов занятий в неделю в школах грамоты определяются Внешкольным Подотделом сообразно с условиями жизни разных слоев населения.

№8. Ликвидация безграмотности начинается с младших возрастов и постепенно продолжается до возрастов предельных.

Внешкольные Подотделы, городские и волостные определяют, кто может быть освобожден от обязательного обучения грамоте.

№9. Для подготовки инструкторов и учащих в губернии, уездах и райнах организуются краткосрочные курсы съезды.

№10. Каждая школа имеет свой школьный совет, который и руководит всей жизнью школы. Совет состоит не менее, как из четырех человек - представителей учащих и учащихся в равном количестве.

№11. Слушатели школы при начале занятий разбиваются на группы 15 - 25 человек. При установлении групп принимается во внимание возраст учащихся и степень развития.

№12. Учащиеся, прошедшие школы, подвергаются в отношении усвоения ими механизма чтения, письма и счета испытаниям. При испытаниях кроме учащих могут присутствовать представители организованного населения, советских и партийных учреждений. Невыдержившие испытания остаются на повторный курс.

№13. Для того, чтобы учащиеся могли углублять полученные ими в школе знания, необходимо их приобщить к использованию местными учреждениями внешкольного образования.

№14. Внешкольные Подотделы своевременно изготавляют сметы расходов по ликвидации безграмотности, внося этот расход в общие сметы своих подотделов.

К числу расходов по ликвидации безграмотности относятся: содержание персонала, приглашаемого в Отдел в связи с работами по ликвидации безграмотности, оплата труда учащих, содержание помещения и хозяйственные расходы, заготовка и приобретение учебников и учебных пособий.

№15. При исчислении оплаты труда учащих следует принимать норму Народного Комиссариата по Просвещению. Работы по обучению взрослых не считаются за совместительство должностей.

№16. Губернские, городские, уездные и волостные Внешкольные Подотделы каждый месяц представляют своим исполкомам отчеты о ходе работ по ликвидации безграмотности, а уездные и городские Внешкольные Подотделы, кроме того, в три месяца раз предоставляют сводные отчеты по городу и уезду во Внешкольный отдел Наркомпроса.

DID THE BOLSHEVIKS DESTROY THE INSTITUTION OF THE FAMILY?



Putin recently expressed himself as follows:

“Now regarding the fact that initially after 1917 all the activities of the state were aimed at the destruction of the family - this is not quite true. IN THE BEGINNING IT WAS INDEED SO. It was presented in a primitive form as the generalization of women, but to people with a primitive socialist consciousness. And the elite had a completely different idea, the elite had it based on the provisions of Marx, Engels, including Engels' work “On the Family, Private Property and the State”. In it he wrote that if strict monogamy is the top of virtue, then, of course, the palm of superiority should be given to the tapeworm, where in 40 thousand of its members there are both male and female apparatuses, and it spends its whole life only copulating with itself. THAT'S WHAT THE ATTITUDE TO THE FAMILY WAS BASED ON AT FIRST, AFTER 1917. That is, free love was promoted and practiced. But later, we know how family matters were considered at party committees and local committees, how they fought for the preservation of the family. It was already a completely different story. So as Soviet society developed, and as the institutions of the state developed, the attitude to the family also changed. And here, however, it is difficult to agree with you that everything during this period was aimed at destroying the family. It seems to me that you have expressed yourself too radically.

Similar nonsense is spread in scientific departments and in patriotic newspapers. Lies are the working principle of bourgeois propaganda.

It should not be overlooked that the fragment of Engels' work with the tapeworm is so deeply ingrained in the soul of all philistines that they do not remember anything in the work of the classicist except it. Now let's look at how the Bolsheviks “destroyed the family.”

Thus, on December 18, 1917 it was adopted:

“Decree on civil marriage, on children and on the keeping of registry books.

The Russian Republic shall henceforth recognize only civil marriages.

Civil marriage shall be performed on the basis of the following rules:

I. Persons wishing to marry shall verbally announce or submit a written application to the department of marriage and birth records at the city (district, county or volost zemstvo) administration at the place of their residence.

Note. Church marriage, along with compulsory civil marriage, is a private affair of the marrying couple.

II. Applications for marriage are not accepted: a) from males earlier than 18 years of age, and from females - 16 years of birth. In Transcaucasia, natives may marry when the groom is 16 years old and the bride is 13 years old; b) from relatives in the direct line, full-blooded and not full-blooded brothers and sisters, and the existence of kinship is also recognized between a child born out of wedlock and his offspring on the one hand and his father and his relatives on the other; c) from married persons, and d) from insane persons.

III. Those wishing to marry shall come to the marriage registry office and sign that there are no obstacles to marriage listed in Article 2 of this decree and that they are entering into marriage voluntarily. Those guilty of knowingly giving false testimony that there are no obstacles listed in Article 2 shall be held criminally liable for false testimony, and their marriage shall be declared null and void.

IV. Upon taking the aforementioned signature, the head of the marriage record department shall enter the event of the marriage in the marriage record book and then declare the marriage to be valid. At the time of marriage, the married couple is free to determine whether they will henceforth be called by the surname of the husband or wife or by a joint surname.

As proof of the marriage, the couple shall immediately receive a copy of their marriage certificate.

V. Complaints against the refusal to perform a marriage or against irregularities in the record shall be filed, without time limit, with the local judge at the place of the marriage record office; the local judge's ruling on such a complaint may be appealed in general.

VI. If the former marriage record books have been destroyed or otherwise perished, or if for any other reason the married persons are unable to obtain a record of their marriage, these persons are entitled to file a statement with the appropriate marriage record office in the place of residence of both spouses or one of them that they have been married since such and such a time. Such a statement, confirmed, in addition to the subscription provided for in Article 4 of this decree, by the signature of the spouses that the marriage record book has indeed perished or that they are unable to obtain extracts of the marriage for any other valid reason, shall serve as the basis for recording the marriage again and for issuing a copy of the certificate.

VII. The birth of a child shall be recorded by the same marriage and birth records department at the place of residence of the mother, and a special entry shall be made for each birth in the book of birth records.

VIII. The birth of a child must be announced to the department either by the parents or by one of them, or by the persons in whose care the newborn child has remained after the death of the parents, indicating the name and surname to be given to the child and presenting two witnesses to certify the event of birth.

IX. Both the books of marriage records and the books of birth records shall be kept in 2 copies, one copy of which shall be sent to the appropriate court for further storage at the end of the year.

X. Children born out of wedlock shall be equalized with married children with respect to the rights and duties of both parents to their children and children to their parents.

The father and mother of the child shall be registered by the persons who have applied for and subscribed to it.

Those guilty of knowingly giving false testimony on the contents of this statement shall be held criminally liable for false testimony, and the record itself shall be declared invalid. If the father of a child born out of wedlock fails to submit the above statement, the mother of the child, his guardian or the child himself shall have the right to prove paternity by judicial procedure.

And where is the “destruction of the family” in this?

Moreover, the next day a decree on the dissolution of marriage was adopted, and on September 18, 1918 a full-fledged code of “Laws on acts of civil status, marriage, family and guardianship law” was adopted.

Often such women, abandoned by their de facto spouse, were left without means of subsistence, since they had neither the right to property nor the right to alimony under the law. The second major innovation was the replacement of the regime of separation of marital property with a regime of community. This was justified by the fact that the principle of separation did not give women who had no source of income the right to the family property, since all property was acquired with the husband's income.

And raising the age for women for obvious reasons.

Is this the destruction of the family? Read carefully, make sure that Putin and the scientific workers of the bourgeois department, writing about the destruction of the family, are blatantly lying.

Or for Putin and his kind “destruction of the family” is the overthrow of the order of legal inequality in the family? Indeed, in the code of laws of the Russian Empire it was stated that “a wife is obliged to obey her husband as the head of the family; to remain in love, honor and unlimited obedience to him, to give him every pleasure and affection...”. - This is the kind of family that the Soviet power destroyed by negation, i.e. by developing everything positive and discarding everything reactionary. By the way, the question of equal rights for women was discussed in the I, II and III State Dumas, but was never resolved. The tsarist government stubbornly resisted extending to the female population even those meager civil rights which it was forced to proclaim by the zemstvo reform of 1864 and the Manifesto of October 17, 1905. This attitude toward women was inherent not only in the tsarist government and the ruling classes, but also in a large part of the working population, especially in the countryside.

Women's inequality was aggravated by the huge gap between the generally recognized achievements of the advanced Russian culture of the time and the spiritual life of the majority of the population, which lived in darkness and ignorance. Pre-revolutionary Russia was a country of mass illiteracy. Especially many illiterates were among women. According to a survey conducted in 1908-1913 in 12 provinces of European Russia, the illiteracy of the rural female population ranged from 74.1 (Moscow Province) to 95.2% (Penza Province). Even in Moscow in 1912. 43.4% of women could not read and write.

The above propaganda myth that the Bolsheviks destroyed the family was not invented by the Putins. Even the Russian-German bourgeois Menert wrote:

“The Bolsheviks immediately after the revolution waged a struggle against the family... And yet Russians, not being a super-civilized people, still retain today, despite all that they have had to endure in recent decades, a natural inclination to orderly sexual relations... This does not mean that they (the Communists) have overcome their inner dislike of the family. For them, the family is an eyesore, and not only because of its conservatism. They are irritated by the very existence of this one institution in the country that is not controlled by them, an original and self-contained unit, a foreign body in the state, which in all other compartments is controlled from top to bottom”.

Let us give a brief overview of the Marxist position on the family in the first phase of communism.

In one of his early works, “Toward a Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right” (1843), K. Marx wrote:

“Only in civil society does family life become the life of the family, the vital manifestation of love. The landed estates, on the contrary, represent the barbarism of private property against family life”.

In the first ever draft of the Communist program, compiled by Engels, “The Principles of Communism” (1847) - in response to the assertions of such 19th century poutines, as if the Communists wanted to introduce the community of wives, it was stated:

“The community of wives is a phenomenon that belongs entirely to bourgeois society and exists in its entirety at the present time in the form of prostitution. Prostitution is based on private property and will disappear with it. Hence, the communist organization, instead of introducing the community of wives, will, on the contrary, destroy it”.

This thesis is repeated both in the “Communist Manifesto” and in Engels' work “The Origin of the Family, Private Property and the State”, which Vladimir Vladimirovich trumped.

It says the following about Marxism's “plans” for marriage and family:

“As soon as the economic considerations, as a consequence of which women put up with this usual infidelity of men, - the concern for their own existence and even more so for the future of children - fall away, so the equality of woman, achieved thanks to this, will, judging by all previous experience, contribute to an infinitely greater extent to the actual monogamy of men than to the polyandry of women.”

Lenin wrote that Marxism contrasts the prostituted bourgeois family, promiscuity, and fleeting liaisons with “proletarian civil marriage with love.”

Furthermore, Lenin strongly protests against the vulgarization of the question:

“The relations between the sexes are not a mere expression of the play between social economy and physical need. It would not be Marxism but rationalism to seek to reduce directly to the economic basis of society the change of these relations in themselves, isolated from their general connection with the whole ideology.”

Thus, Marx, Engels and Lenin had not even a hint of rejection of the institution of the family. They rejected only the possessive family and the mercantile marriage of convenience, demanded the liberation of marriage and family relations from the power of property and money that perverted them, fought for the equality of women with men and for the family to be based on loving relationships.

NO ONE IN THE WORLD DID MORE FOR LOVE THAN THE BOLSHEVIKS, BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER SOVIET RULE THAT WORKERS WERE FREED FROM THE OPPRESSION OF CAPITAL, FREED FROM THE VICIOUSNESS OF COMMODITY-MONEY RELATIONS, INCLUDING THROUGH THE FACT THAT EVERY CITIZEN OF THE USSR RECEIVED HOUSING AND WORK, AND THUS WAS FREE TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS BASED ON THE HIGHEST MANIFESTATIONS OF PERSONALITY - FRIENDSHIP AND LOVE. THE COUNTRY OF LOVE WAS CALLED THE SSSR!

Personally, Kollontai and other individual writers, whom all sorts of modern “scholars” are pontificating about, were carriers of vulgar views on the family. Their views were not implemented in the Bolsheviks' policy. A lot of different literature was published in the USSR, many prominent figures, including those holding high government and party positions, spoke in the press with erroneous views on various issues, especially in the 1920s, when there was a real rampant Trotskyism and semi-trotskyism in all areas.

То есть Мальта и всё-всё-всё, что она за собой повлекла - это коллективное творчество коммунистической партии, а не “кучки жалких предателей”, как сейчас их пытаются представить современные левые. Они рвутся к власти. Им тоже хочется на Мальту. Ведь от России можно еще так много отрезать и подарить англосаксам в обмен на право рекламировать пиццу.

Тут недавно вспоминали “мальтийский саммит”, который фактически стал капитуляцией СССР в холодной войне с США. И я по этому поводу вспомнил о документе, который явно указывает на то что американцы прекрасно понимали культурно-ценностные механизмы, тикавшие внутри людей, которые поставили СССР на колени.

- Серьезные изменения в условиях бюрократического застоя.
- Горби не либерал, несмотря на то, что он выступает против ракеты MX.
- В политику пошел только потому, что не прошел экзамен в советскую адвокатуру.
- Первыми шагами будут оживление советской экономики, прекращение гонки вооружений и получение для миссис Джи [то есть для госпожи Горбачевой] счета в Neiman Marcus, который позволит покупать в кредит. "//

Working family budget
SVERDLOVSK, September 28. (Corr. “Pravda”). The Sverdlovsk Regional Department of National Economy Accounting is systematically studying the budget of 472 working families. The results are very revealing. They show tremendous growth of workers’ welfare.
In 1932 the annual salary of the head of the family averaged 3764 rubles, in 1936 - 7884 rubles,
In the first 8 months of the year it was 8,359 rubles. The wages of the families surveyed in 1937 increased by 329 percent compared with 1932.
So how is this money spent? For food in 1932 each spent on average 2,220 rubles, and in the 8 months of this year 5,934 rubles were spent. This increase is due to a dramatic improvement in nutrition, chiefly at the expense of fats, dairy products, and fruit. Spending on clothing and furniture more than doubled. Spending on theater, cinema, and the purchase of literature increased by 236 percent in six years.

Prison Conditions

A 1957 CIA document entitled “Correctional Labor Camps in the USSR: Transferring Prisoners Out of Camps,” on pages two through six, reveals the following information about the Soviet Gulag:

‒ Until 1952 prisoners were given a guaranteed amount of food, plus extra food for exceeding the norms.

‒ From 1952, the Gulag system operated on the basis of “economic calculation,” so that the more prisoners worked, the more they were paid.

‒ For over-fulfillment of standards by 105%, one day of imprisonment counted as two, which reduced the time spent in the Gulag by one day.

‒ Also, when the Soviet government had more funds as a result of post-war socialist reconstruction, it increased the food standards for prisoners.

‒ Before 1954, prisoners worked 10 hours a day, while free laborers worked 8 hours a day. Since 1954, both prisoners and free laborers worked 8 hours a day.

‒ A CIA study of a standard camp sample found that 95% of the prisoners were habitual criminals.

‒ In 1953, 70% of the “common criminals” of the sample camp studied by the CIA were granted amnesty. Within the next 3 months most of them were re-arrested for new crimes.
