Should it please you, here's a fluffy bumblebee I sketched out in ink, gouache and maybe even acrylic markers in 2019. Image hidden for the handful of people who are afraid of them!

An impressionistic and not very anatomically accurate little painting of a bumblebee with a white end, and yellow and black stripes. It fills most of the page. The wings are the most inaccurate bit, while the fuzz, eyes and legs have been somewhat faithfully depicted. The eye, the bee being depicted from the side, has a lovely sheen, giving it sort of an anthropomorphic expression. The background is a mix of deep red, brown and black, with some artistic random spatters of white ink. The depth and darkness of the blacks suggests India ink instead of gouache. As a whole it's quite cute, if you find bumblebees cute. Signed Sini Tuulia in white ink and calligraphy nib, dated the 22th of April 2019, serial number 302.
