I produced/directed a 90 minute #documentary #film available on #Amazon Prime. I own the rights in full.
The film, while not incredibly popular, still maintains cultural and historical significance pertaining to #Kosovo, interviews with citizens, unprecedented access to Kosovo's government leaders, and the US Ambassador. I need the documentary to continue to be available. I don't care about the royalties, and I just live annoyed with the fact that the film has my deadname on it, but it needs to remain available. It doesn't even adequately represent my political values anymore, if it ever did, and exudes an extent of Liberal propaganda, but it needs to remain available for cultural and historical reasons.
However, I need a platform that is not Amazon or #YouTube.
What should I think of #PeerTube in 2025? What other options are there?
the usual groups are trying to ban the documentary with a 13 yr old Palestinian boy as the main narrator and guide showing us life in Gaza under Israeli attack
in case they succeed in pressuring the BBC to remove it, you can watch it because it is now saved and preserved on p2p networks
