US officials, after investigation, say "Chinese sPy balloon" was stuffed with American tech easily available for purchase online along with specialized sensors to transmit info, take vids and pics. Officials also say flying guest wasn't able to send info back to China. Washington doesn’t send balloons to spy, it sends reconnaissance planes. Watch here how it should be done.
