Beim Spaziergang im Wald Rehe zu sehen war nicht geplant, auch nicht, dass sie sich geduldig ablichten lassen. Und erst recht nicht, dass ein Reh so vor einer Kerbe in der Baumrinde steht, dass es wie ein Einhorn aussieht.

Die Unterführung an sich ist dunkel und wir nur minimal von hintereinander gereihten Neonlichtern an der Decke beleuchtet. Die Wand mit Graffiti ist im Tageslicht.

Foto im Hochformat. Nachts. Blick auf die Front einer Hotelanlage. Unten mittig ist eine offene Glastüre. Dahinter sieht man eine Treppe hoch gehen. Im ersten und zweiten Stock sind jeweils Balkons mit Geländer und Türen zu den Hotelräumen. Davor steht jeweils ein Stuhl. An jeder Türe ist ein Licht, welches die Türen spärlich beleuchtet. Der Großteil des Bildes versinkt im Dunkeln.

I want to thank everyone for the warm welcome to #mastodon and the #fediverse on my #introduction post. This is one of my favorites black and white images I’ve made. An unusual pair of semi-detached houses in an older part of my town, with separate roofs. I liked the mirror-image windows, contrasting decor, and evidence of historic subsidence.
Two houses sharing one wall, unusually each has its own roof. The windows on one are mirror-images of the other. The stairwells are lit by tall windows, side-by-side, in the centre of the photo. The right-hand house is painted a pale blue, the other has plain render.

Auf einer Mauer aus gelben Steinen wächst ein rundes Stück Moos aus dem auf roten Stielen grüne Sporenkapseln herauswachsen. Der Fokus liegt auf dem Mauermoos, der Rest des Bildes ist unscharf.
