I live in Louisiana. And I just experienced 9 inches of snow. And I had the day off. And I have gone buck wild making snow ppl. These are the first I have ever made. I am so proud of my dudes.

This afternoon I went for a walk in the snow, in the Pentlands - from Flotterstone to Bonaly. About 5 miles. The road from Flotterstone was busy - and very icy - but once the path headed into the hills, walking in the snow was wonderful. And hardly a soul out.
The weather was beautiful - perfect winter walking weather. Cold but wonderfully sunny.
